Great property for a family vacation. Not very accommodating when it came to special requests. We were looking to be close to friends and I put in a request a couple of weeks before and we were put in completely separate buildings and at check-in they could not do anything to accommodate our request.

In my opinion it is over rated. The resort is good for a chill vacation but not really for kids. Dining there is pricy and the beach was not clean. The resort is missing kids activities or water park or play grounds for the kids, only the kids have swimming pool. It will be nice if more items will be included in the cost of resort as free beach seats, umbrella or at least breakfast. I advise visitors to bring their own food as dining options are limited.

Stayed for a wedding. - no map given of property - each person working had little knowledge of the property and amenities- room was definitely smoked in - hair dryer and tv and safe non functional- no breakfast dining options -

Nice, quiet and clean property! Walkable to the beach with wonderful views of these magnificent beach homes. Tons to do on the property from swimming to fire pits to dining. Will be back for sure!

We were there during Hurricane Ian and teh Staff went above and beyobd and we had a Fabulous time!

From the moment I walked in, it was so enjoyable! Staff, resort and all of the wonderful amenities have made this a destination I will be returning to again and again!

Staff was great. As is the beach and pools. Room was ok. Needs to be repainted. Looked like it had taken a beating. Burger Bar doesn’t have burgers…only had hotdogs or a buffalo chicken wrap

The door to the bathroom and the door to the toilet did not close. We ate breakfast at the cafe where burritos were inedible at $12 each! The bar at the pool was understaffed. Valet parking was not mandatory, but free parking was discouraged. spent a fortune in tips coming and going to Charleston. We assumed prices at the spa included tip and were surprised at the automatic 20% charge. Felt nickeled and dimed the entire visit. Would not recommend, would not go back

Sheets were too small for queen bed. Spider web and spider around one of the beds. TV sound was intermittent and the TV screen was very small. Was not up to Wild Dunes usual standards.

The property for being a resort had limited dining hours and restaurants on the property were only serving till 9:45pm. The good point the room was spacious and very clean. The staff were very attentive to my needs.

The property had alot to offer. There were multiple pools and restaurants to choose from. The place was really nice. It is a great place for families. What we didn't like was that we checked in and they said we owed money even though we paid $ 910.93 on 7/23. At check out they said the same thing and it took 30 minutes before they said we did not owe money and even now I have charges sitting in pending on my credit card. In addition - when we arrived to our room = the bed was not made, we had two towels and no wash clothes, no shampoo, no dish soap and the room was half done. We had to wait a long time for someone to come make the room up which made us late for dinner reservations. On the way out we were offered lunch but had a flight to catch so we couldn't use it. We were not offered anything else despite all the added problems on the billing issues and the room not being made up. We love the place and what it has to offer but they obviously have some training issues needed at the front desk and in hospitality.

The resort was nice the room was horrible When it was raining the windows leaked heavy water into the room -outside of the room the air conditioning unit was so loud it vibrated your body with the exhaust making you nauseated and the TV never worked

Overall the stay was great. If I ever travel to Isle of Palms again, I will Not stay again. The resort was nice but I don’t think it was as nice as what we paid for.

The pictures were deceiving. I thought I was in a suite with a kitchen because all the room pictures showed up for every room. The room’s AC was very moldy and wet. My daughter and I both ended up with sore throats due to the HVAC. On the positive side, the location and amenities were great! I just was expecting more of what I saw in the pictures, and a more updated ventilation system. The free Valet parking was great and quick as well.

Excellent customer service. Entire staff is extremely polite and friendly and helpful as well.

Not what we were promised at all. Small tv, room right over HVAC could not use the balcony. No ocean view as promised. Over all over priced, had we known we would not have chosen your resort.

Great property - sweet grass pool area is fantastic.

I was disappointed that the pictures when I booked this reservation made it appear that I was getting a suite; it turned out to be a room only. The staff was very nice and accommodating and the place was clean. The linens were very thin/not the quality I'd expect at Wild Dunes and the bathroom is outdated but the location is wonderful and the amenities are nice. I'll stay again.
