We had a great stay. We were in town for a family event and they took great care of us! I would definitely recommend Three Foot to others traveling through Meridian.

Always a great stay at the Threefoot

I’ve stayed here a couple of times mainly because I think it is the only hotel that has a bar and food. Parking is on the street or in an unsecured parking garage. I didn’t feel comfortable parking in either option. Valet parks in the same unsecure garage.

Great hotel!

The place is great. Our room was smaller than expected, especially for the price, so i don't know of there are larger rooms or they are mostly the same, but it was still good. It was also very clean, with a large bathroom, and the beds were very comfortable. I would definitely stay here again.

The staff was very friendly and helpful. They readily moved us to a better room with no up charge. The property is an older building but they have worked to update the rooms. The elevators are slow and one of the three was not operating. The rooms do have Kerig coffee machines and small refrigerators. It is convenient to I-20.

The hotel is an impressive building, but the entrance is cramped. Reception was functional. The room was relatively small, but very nice and comfortable, with big windows, which made the room light. The bathroom was exceptional. It was quiet, but that’s the luck of the draw with your neighbours either side. The 11th floor bar was good, although wear a coat, as the aircon is too cool. Avoid the pizza, as it was dire.
A major concern is the lack of security on the ground floor. The main access goes past the lifts, before you come to any reception area. The lifts have no security access, so anyone can walk from the street, and have anonymous access to all floors. Not good. I wouldn’t let my wife or daughter stat there.
Having said all that, I had a good , if overpriced stay.
My main requirement from a hotel, is a good sleep, in a clean room, and this place did it.

More pros than cons. Very helpful staff. Food in the restaurant or breakfast was ok. Ice machine on my floor didn’t work. Other than that, great stay and awesome room

The property and staff were very nice. The sink faucet in the bathroom was a bit wobbly and leaking and the bedside table was broken on top but other than that the place was clean and pretty.

A beautiful art deco hotel. The staff was great (even though the rooftop bar/restaurant was short staffed). The rooms were very nice and comfortable. We enjoyed our stay!

A beautiful, historic hotel downtown amongst several. Even has a restaurant inside hotel. It's great to be able to walk to things. restaurants.

Beautiful old structure, nicely updated and maintained. A real jewel for downtown Meridian. Great brewery just a short walk away.

The wait time for food in the restaurants were a bit long but other than that, everything was pretty good!

The service was great, chairs in room were uncomfortable. The tv entertainment was lacking. We were expected to use our streaming. For $161.00 a night I expected mor.

Beautiful property. I grew up in Meridian and remember this office building. So great to see it restored. Love the roof top bar.

The room was actually lovely and clean but the rest of the hotel was poorly staffed poorly managed. There was a musty smell throughout. There was a leak in the dining room flies everywhere the air conditioner was out in the main areas and most of the staff, except a young lady named Lane, in the dining room, was rude. The potential is definitely there, but I never saw a manager during my entire stay, the valet disappeared on Sunday, so I had to park my car in the street and that did not feel safe. and believe me these employees needed some management..

The bar staff was absolutely top notch. Very friendly, knowledgeable and fun. Really enjoyed hanging out at the bar a few times with them.

The hotel needs better employees. The room was very nice but was not serviced during our two night stay. We had to ask for fresh towels. They charge for valet service for every day but the attendant did not seem interested in parking our car and suggested we just park it ourself. The hotel has potential but without good employees it will not survive.

My wife and I enjoyed our stay very much. We were in town for a wedding (Holladay) and everything was great...the young lady (Hallie) who checked us out on Sunday was fantastic and the waiter in 601 Local was outstanding too. Your people made the difference. We'll be back soon.

The valet service was underwhelming. It was raining lightly when we arrived and we had to go inside before anyone came to our service plus an employee was standing in the small vestibule smoking when we drove up so we waited until the "air was clear" before we exited our vehicle. The morning valet moved slower than a snails pace so we sat outside in the sun until he eventually got our car (we were the only ones waiting- there was not a line) Bar staff @ The Boxcar was friendly and prompt! Room was clean and comfortable.

The room was very well appointed. Breakfast was just average and the service was slow and unattentive.

This is by far one of the nicest hotels in which I have stayed. From start to finish, I have enjoyed my time. My only regret is that I was only in town for one night. The bed was super comfortable. I loved the gym also and the Peloton bikes were a treat for a great early morning workout. I ate off-site and Weidman's on the recommendation of the valet, and it was a great choice. Food was delicious and walking distance from hotel at just two blocks away. I will definitely be returning here for another stay the next time that I am in town or just want a quick getaway.

was okay. the mattresses need to be flipped or turned around felt like I was rolling down hill on one side. Was told by valet they would be available at 6:30 a.m. even though it was posted 7:00 we could receive our car at 6:30a.m. so they would be there. I think it was a kitchen chef that ended up getting our car around 7:15-7:20

The shower only has a half wall with no door. It leaked severely onto the floor. The bathroom door was on a track, barn door style. There was no door stop at the end of the track. Our door became untracked. It was hard to get it back on the track. It was a heavy door. It was midnight we did not wish to change rooms. Also, when we arrived of the four or so luggage carts that they said that they had. None were to be found. There was also no bellman to assist. It was a 15-story building. Suggest buying more carts or working harder to make sure they are available. Getting in late that was an inconvenience. We did not like that they did not have enclosed drawers in the bedroom. Everything was open style. However, the room was modern in the bed was very comfortable. The facility was quite clean.

The hotel was very nice and we had a terrific view of the city. We had a short walk to our venue and there's a great restaurant across the street.
