Nice room suites with good kitchen and living room. Great for remote working. Nice lobby with meeting spaces.

Several of the rooms we booked appeared to have guests still in the room, so we had to get new rooms. There were several issues with our booking and the hotel staff were not very helpful with us getting them addressed, spent about 45 minutes trying to resolve an issue for three booked hotel rooms.

Wow. You basically get a little studio apartment for the price of a hotel room. Everything was new and modern. The bed and pillows were very comfortable. Plenty of pots/pans/plates/cooking ware if you wanted to make a meal. Full size fridge. Dishwasher. New back lit bathroom mirror. Couldn't ask for more really.

The gentleman working the front desk the afternoon we arrived (1/5/24) was amazing. Every time we walked past the desk he took the time to ask us how we were doing, how our room was, and if we needed again. He also made adding a pet to our stay was effortless (we were unable to include that when we registered on the app).

The staff was very friendly… housekeeping clean rooms everyday… breakfast was decent

My stay was wonderful. My only complaint was that housekeeping did not come when I requested them to.

Clean, comfortable and close enough to everything!

I have attached photos of a roach that crawled on my face while I was asleep and later found crawling on the floor. This is the smashed version of the pest. I arrived at the front desk at 3:01 pm on my check in date. I was delayed checking in by about 30 minutes, due to staff "changing shifts". On Thursday, I cane out of the banity area to find the manager standing in my room. She entered without permission, without a verbal warning, and she never knocked. The room requested did not have an accessible roll-in shower. Upon checking out, the front desk attendant was extremely rude.

The breakfast area was our favorite part. The food was good and fresh. Our room was quite roomy.

This is a great property with fair price for spacious, clean rooms.

We always use the Staybridge Inn for our business trips in Flowood. Our previous experiences have been good however, this week we were informed there just weren’t enough employees there to be able to clean the room or replace the towels. We will be moving elsewhere.

The property was okay. Housekeeping did a terrible job of cleaning the room for my visit. It will definitely be my last time staying at this hotel.

Overall, it was very clean. Breakfast was a buffet style, one of the best I’ve had in a while to be free. Rooms were clean. The toilet was a little to close to the door, only complaint. Elevator was clean. Staff was great! There was a lady that was present all day, everyday. Also, doors were locked at a certain time. Great area! I will be back again!

Great job on the renovation, sparkling clean pool- not heated. front desk staff was exceptional, Continental breakfast staff, not so much...On the second morning of our stay, the staff did not want to get the waffle maker going after another guest got the maker dirty by not following cooking instructions. She said "waffle makers (2 of them) are broken". Abruptly left. we were in a hurry to make a soccer game. I am confident management would have corrected the issue had I made them aware. Property is in a great location, quiet and great atmosphere. Aside from the isolated breakfast incident, 5 stars! Would like to see some movie channels or the option to load streaming services we already pay for to watch movies and sports. Maybe heat the pool since it's indoors.

The staff, especially Crystal was great. My husband really enjoyed the free breakfast. The location was very convenient. We liked the layout of the room with the full size fridge. We would definitely stay there again.

It was pretty clean and very comfortable feeling. I did not like the parking areas.

The pool was filled to capacity one day during our stay and we weren’t able to use it. The following day, the pool was not clean. The water was not clear and needed to be serviced. There was a storm during our stay and the lights went out in the entire area. It wasn’t a fault of the hotel, but it was extremely hot the entire evening. The front desk was nice and helpful.

I loved this hotel!! It was clean. It seemed devine. Everyone was so friendly and the service was remarkable. I will definitely be coming back.

Staybridge is usually a really good stay. The hotel itself was a little below other staybridge hotels on appearance and cleanliness. The friendliness of the staff was really poor. Not outright rude, but definitely not friendly. They gave the impression they really didn’t want to be there. The food quality was pretty poor as well compared to other staybridge hotels. The staff manning the food area were friendly.

Front desk person was not pleasant and almost rude. I interacted twice after check in purchasing soda from pantry and never experienced anyone so unfriendly as this. She was in the back and her body language gave me the impression that I was interrupting her break.

Nice, new hotel with comfortable beds and nice linens. The breakfast was also very yummy!

Once leaving room, outer door to Room 224 was EXTERMELY difficult to lock - had to forcefully slam several times to close, & hotel couldn't move me.

The staff was extremely kind and professional. The hotel itself was well maintained and very clean.
