Excellent Service!! Definitely will stay here at my next Tulum stay.

I loved the room. It clean comfortable and spacious. But most of all they honored my request for a special occasion and it was outstanding. Couldnt ask for anything more. Its a small team but they make a very big impact. Only con is that the suite should be equipped with a microwave or one should be provided upon request and more pots and pans for cooking. A very pleasant stay nonetheless.

It looks so Beautiful at the the moment you enter at the place. At soon I saw the house it make me feel contable it looks clean and nice it so beautiful and l likes the decorations.

The Property was Very Quiet and Very Clean. I Love adult only hotels and this is one that I would frequent again if given the opportunity.! My Private pool on my balcony was Everything!!!

The space was gorgeous and comfortable. We were very pleased with the amenities and the location was great! We felt very safe. Room service was ok. Some items were missed when we first ordered, we had to call to ask to bring the remaining order. The food was also warm rather than hot. The room service aspect could use some work. We would definitely stay again!

There were no elevator. You have to bring your bag up through the stairs. So inconvenient. Taxi there is $30 for 12 min drive. It’s ridiculous

The hotel is beautiful. It’s better in person. The staff is so nice and accommodating. It was a lovely stay with no complaints. The free breakfast was delicious & they can take it to your room. Overall it was an incredible stay and I definitely recommend. They also light palo santo to keep mosquitoes away (it smells soooo good). Namaste

Great stay

Was a little tricky to find as it isn't super clearly marked, but once we found it our vacation was off to a good start. The person who greeted us at the front desk was very helpful and showed us around. We booked the luxury suite with private pool. The room was huge with a well stocked kitchen, large living room, space for 4 at the dining table. The bedroom was also large as was the bathroom/shower. The deck was tranquil, the pool on it is more of a cold tub if I were to describe it. The complimentary breakfast was very good - fruit, granola, yogurt, eggs, bread ad pastries brought to your table. Again, it was very tranquil, peaceful, quiet. The pool upstairs is okay - nothing amazing. It's smaller and can get a lot of bugs at certain times of day. It was nice to cool off in. A little awkward since it's part of the restaurant/bar area - convenient if you want a drink in the pool but odd when people are dressed up to eat food a mere 10ft away from you. The location is a quieter area. Walking to the main road only takes about 10-15mins with lots of restaurant options. We rented a car so it was nice to be able to drive to the beach area and see what is available down there. On your walk you may come across many stray or loosely owned animals. We both agreed we would definitely stay again!

Hidden gem spot. Clean, quiet and luxurious!

The room was very nice. Comfortable bed and AC. Everything very clean and well maintained.

Suite was the best room option Penthouse was small and expensive. you will require to rent a car to use this hotel. overall an ok experience.

Beautiful place recommend it to rest, relax and enjoy the Tulum. The room are well equipped,I felt like home.
