Great place with great people. Location is perfect. Food is decent but not spectacular. They don’t heat the jacuzzi which is a bummer but overall I still give this hotel a 10 for San Andres

The rooms were spacious, clean, and very comfortable. The A/C worked wonderfully, which is an absolute must when traveling to San Andrés since it gets so hot and humid. As for the food, breakfast was just okay (it did the job), but they make amazing pizza, and the shrimp cocktail was super delicious despite the small portion size. The pool area was clean and nice. However, the jacuzzi was disappointing as it wasn't hot and stayed the same temperature as the pool. The biggest downside to the jacuzzi is the accessibility—there are no rails or steps to help you get in, and I saw a couple of people struggling to get in and out.

Best experience ever!
Great hospitality, friendly and very helpful staff. Our room was spotless and the view was breathtaking! I can not wait to come back and have a memorable time again.

Restaurant takes a long time to serve the food and is not to great, the interior rooms are to humid and the scent is to intense, besides that, the staff is great
