Not good because air conditioning unit keeps running during the whole night!

Double charged for the room. I paid in advance and was charged again by the hotel. This was not acceptable.

The lady that checked us in (brunette female) was very courteous and welcoming. The lady in the morning (blonde female) was a polar opposite. Not friendly at all. The room was very clean and beds were comfortable. The room also had multiple USB outlets throughout the room, making charging multiple items at the same time easy. Breakfast was very good with multiple choices that even the pickiest eater could find something to eat. (Hot and cold items, serve yourself setting) Overall, we will definitely stay here again…just hope we don’t have to interact with the same lady in the morning while checking out. :)

I hate to not give 5 stars overall. It was brand new, so the things that were not working weren’t because the facility was broken down, instead it was not completely ready for guests. I booked the wheelchair accessible room with a tub because a hot bath is a method of pain control for my disabled daughter. The tub stopper didn’t release, and there was no maintenance on staff, so she was unable to bathe. There was only one other room with a tub, but by the time things were sorted out, she just needed sleep. That being said, I was grateful for the fresh smell in the hotel and the excellent condition it was in otherwise. I will stay here again!

Great service Clean Comfortable

We only stayed overnight on our trip further south so we were only there for about 12 hours. Pros: New hotel so it’s very fresh and clean. The rooms have enough USB ports for charging phones and tablets. The breakfast was quite nice with oatmeal, yogurt, fresh fruit, waffles, eggs, sausage, quiche, danishes, bagels, etc. Very nice assortment. Also a great location close to shops and dining. Con’s… the rooms are quite small. They also have a very strange layout. For instance, as soon as we walked in the room, we ran into the bathroom door that was partially open. If the bathroom door is fully open, it blocks the coffee maker & microwave. The walls are thin as we could hear people talking. The shower pressure was just hideous. I guess if you were 6’10” tall it might be okay but it took me about 5 minutes just to wash the shampoo out of my hair. It was the deal breaker for me.

Nice clean room and smelled so good! We really just liked the room and it had a nice view!!
