A new, clean hotel. I was a little concerned when they charge $100 for "incidentals", and there was an extra page with the sign-in sheet outlining their quiet times and regulations about partying. Those concerns were unfounded as everybody behaved, at least while I was there. Convenient location to White Marsh Town Center and I-95.

This was a great property. It was SUPER clean and very quiet. Our only complaint was the towels were horrible, they were like sandpaper. Would absolutely stay again.

The location of the hotel requires you to drive to get anywhere, but the hotel is new/updated, clean, with glass door showers (and not shower curtains, which I love). The bed and pillows are comfortable and I slept well the two nights I stayed. The room is also spacious and not cramped like other hotels. The breakfast was not good… I think the eggs are those boxed eggs, and the sausages smelled funny. There wasn’t much option for healthy eating. Th oatmeal was okay. They have yogurt (chobani), apples, bananas, those weird eggs, sausages, buiscuits, plain bagels, toast, and a couple of flavors of danish, as well as a pancake making station. The coffee tasted good, and they have 24h coffee/tea/hot chocolate. The gym has a few treadmills and bikes, a bench, and free weights. I didn’t use the pool. Overall, for the price, it’s a good place to stay. I think the breakfast should be improved though… I could only stomach a banana and peanut butter. Also, I think it’s situated next to some outdoor industrial plant so it smells outside, one day it smelled like cow & horse manure and the next day it smelled like gas manure mixed together. I know that’s out of the hotel’s control but if you’re sensitive to smells (I.e. pregnant), this might be nausea-triggering.

Great easy location. Limited staff over New Years weekend, pool was cold, breakfast food not great. Asked for baby crib and to swap broken hair drier-long waits for service.

This will be my second time staying at the hotel with the family. A clean, quiet, and safe place to stay with the family; I will book again when visiting Baltimore.

Arrived late, staff was accommodating and place was quiet. The only issue was in the room the screen over the window does not block outside light from the parking lot, so if you like darkness to sleep it’s not ideal

Great stay. So comfortable, and clean. The bed and pillows were so comfortable, my wife and I rested really well. Breakfast was included, and it was good, lots of variety, plus coffee/ tea 24 hours a day in lobby. The only downfall was that our toilet kept running, the water. I kept fixing it, but it was annoying my wife when she wasn’t able to flush. We didn’t report it because we had already unpacked and did not feel like changing rooms.

Wonderful stay, everything we needed for one night. Clean and comfortable. Will be back to stay again.

The hotel itself was well maintained and staff was friendly and helpful. The only downsides were the smell outside (not terrible but certainly present) and the price at the time.

The property was clean and modern. Bed was comfy and loved the chaise for watching tv. Staff was very friendly and accomodating. I left an item behind in my room upon checkout and they helped to retrieve and send back to me. Would definitely stay there again.

My husband and I had a weekend getaway from the kids :-) this our third time staying here and we love it. Clean, comfortable and great location for food and things to do.

Amazing place to stay

An absolute gem! Off the beaten path but close (1-2 miles) to many dining and shopping options. Facilities are immaculate and updated; staff goes above and beyond to make you feel welcome and appreciated. Coffee available 24/7 and the (complimentary) breakfast - as often is true with Holiday Inn Express facilities - is EXCELLENT. Staff appear to take pride in their good work. Will DEFINITELY look here first when coming back to the area.

Nice saburban hotel nect to a shopping place. Clean. No issues at all.

Set back off highway therefore much quieter than others-did not notice highway traffic. Easy drive to mall area.
