Great stay at AC Hotel. Room was very clean and comfortable. Staff were friendly and helpful. Breakfast was okay and parking a few mins walk away. Pool was nice and 10-15 min walk to restaurants on Southbank. Overall a very enjoyable stay.

We stayed for 5 nights for the Aus tennis open and had a great stay. Breakfast was included - handy as there aren’t any cafes within a short walk. There is a Coles about 500m away, but as the hotel is in a redeveloping light industrial area the closest dining is at Crown. Trams are close by but we found Ubers to the tennis (around $10-13) a more convenient and quicker option. Staff were helpful and nice and facilities were great.

The room was modern, clean and the bed was extremely comfortable. I felt the staff could maybe of had a bit more enthusiasm on check-in and check out. Breakfast staff very friendly and helpful even when extremely busy. Although one staff member did give me anxiety with the way he was frantically rushing around, please just chill a bit. If I’m super critical I would have liked bigger complimentary bottles of water in the room.

Was clean and most staff were pleasant. Young man at reception on checkout was rude and no apology for extra charges that were not ours. Location quite good, rooms pretty basic and small. Probably wouldnt stay again but was fine for what we needed.

Weird room layout. Why have vanity in main room? Going to the bathroom at night light wakes everyone. Asked for a pet free floor and had a dog next door (wife's allergy). Difficult parking whilst checking in. Modern amenities.

We liked the facilities, little pod machine in the room. Bed and pillows were really comfy. The door to the room was stuck, took real effort to open and close it.

Service and perks were great. Very clean, lovely room. Super comfy bed. Only negative is the room was quite warm even with aircon on.

I cant recommend the AC by Mariott enough. Everything about our stay was exceptional from the moment we arrived to the moment we left. Staff were so friendly, engaging, and helpful. We were offered a complimentary drink on arrival along with canapas. The facilities were great. The infinity pool was beautiful, the gym had quality equipment, and our room was beautifully presented with classy decor and everything we needed for our stay. The DFO was a <5min walk and the concierge held our bags for us when we checked out so we didn't have to walk around the DFO with all our luggage. We will definitely stay again!

Clean and convenient to the convention center. Staff were all super helpful and pleasant. I’d stay here again for sure!

If you don't mind not be in the hustle and bustle of a city this is a great place to stay My room was spotless and comfortable, the tv gigantic pleasure. This is a 3 min walk to a bus or tram stop. It is only A10 min walk to southern cross station.

Friendly staff and good value for money. Room had everything you needed and the bed was comfy. Can walk to DFO and Crown which we did despite the inclement weather. Would stay again.

Have stayed at AC hotels on numerous occasions. Arrived and they could not find reservation. So booked again via hotels . com. Paid for reservation. Came to pay $100 incidental fee. As had paid for reservation twice account with card attached was low. Had transferred funds into this account from another account but would not go in until after midnight( only 2 hrs away by this time.). I stated l could come back after then but said booking would be cancelled by this time. What was most disappointing was the demeaning attitude and rudeness of the duty manager. She refused to listen despite myself being the only guest awaiting checkout at this time. I had had a most stressful day but was not expecting this disdainful service, especially as previously had only experienced exemplary service. Then, after l was not allowed entry to hotel, l contacted hotel. Com to receive my room fee return as did not stay in this hotel. Alexis at hotel. Com advised myself that AC hotel were very reluctant to return my room fee despite knowing l was refused entry to hotel! Cheeky. Alicia was able to obtain refund after negotiation apparently. I was most grateful for her level of service. On occasion, through my work l am required to organise conferences AC hotel was considered a suitable venue for the same - not any more.

I couldn't have asked for a nicer stay. The staff were friendly and efficient, and even found a pair of earplugs for me when I went begging at 1am. The room and the view were gorgeous, the pool was simply lovely, and the food was delicious. I got the confit duck and my sister the steak - both highly recommended, although we barely finished the chips that came with the steak, there were just too many. The parking was very convenient and much cheaper than expected. Cannot recommend highly enough.

The bathroom door was very squeaky, we were told by one staff member that the breakfast was complimentary but told by another that we had to pay for the breakfast we didn’t have as we missed one day. The miscommunication between staff made us very confused
