SmartRental Collection Gran Vía Capital

My only criticism was that the elevator unsteady and slow

Great location, well maintained and restaurant downstairs and on the rooftop with good views on Gran Vía. All you need in room and kitchen. Walkable to all shopping, dining.

Upon arrival, check-in was easy and quick. The 2-bedroom suite we stayed in was perfectly sized, and the patio/balcony with the outdoor tub was enjoyable, especially given the extreme temperatures during those days. It was a little difficult to communicate with the receptionist once in our room via the suite's phone. We just went downstairs and were accommodated quickly. Breakfast had a decent collection, and ordering the free extras was a nice touch (something we did not know on our first morning there until the waitress told us after we had already eaten, but not a big deal). The next morning we asked for sunny-side-up eggs and bacon, and all was well and good. Coffee machine 10/10. Bed was comfortable, as was the shower, etc. Very good location with a ton of food options whether you walk left or right, including a ton of pharmacies and a mini quicky-mart. I'd def stay there again and recommend it. We never ate at the rooftop bar, but it seemed nice.

Always wonderful stay at Smart Rental Gran Via. This is our second time staying here and we will keep coming back. Staff are friendly and helpful, rooms are clean and comfortable.
