I loved my room with the ocean view. The bed was uber comfortable, and I rested well during my two-day stay. The staff is friendly and accommodating. The proximity to other nearby restaurants was within walking distance, so no need to take the car. Overall, it was a great stay and I would definitely go back

Loved the location on the boardwalk! Loved the view! Loved the naval planes flying their training runs!

Upon arriving, we were not motioned or welcomed to the check-in desk. I had to ask if I was in the right place to check-in. Once we entered our oceanfront room-we went directly to the balcony door-only to discover the latch was broken. The door would not open. We immediately called the front t desk for assistance. They said someone will be right there. 30 mins later, no response. My gf then went down to front desk and again asked for assistance and 3 people standing around suddenly remembered the phone call about a balcony door not operating! A call was made to maintenance and a very nice guy named Matt came RUNNING. The latch was fixed quickly and all was well until we chose to enter the bar area later that evening only to find the "bartender" half asleep on his phone in the lobby. Put down the phone, remove earbuds, do your job without the attitude! We wont recommend this place to anyone.

Stay was good except when the Police had to break into the room next to mine at 11:30 at night. I was told that it was a wellness check

The hotel was so clean! The breakfast was pretty good…..the indoor pool is very small…it is very close to restaurants and shops tho

Too few handicapped parking slots. No exhaust fan in bathroom. No microwave. When i realized i had paid 3x avg off season room rate, i was appalled. Price gouching for Shamrock marathon participants...i was there visiting family.
