I loved the location. It is so close to restaurants, breweries, shopping etc. But more importantly was the vibe of the hotel. It has so many cool and relaxing spaces to relax, read a book, have a fireside chat, etc. There's an outdoor sauna and a couple of places to enjoy a fire with big chairs and blankets provided for cooler evenings. It felt like a big rooming house where everyone is very friendly.

Great location. Walking distance to food, breweries, church,etc. We had a suite . Amazing bathtub, master and living room. They offer water, bubbly, and orange juice in the 24hr area. They have an espresso machine and cold breakfast in the am. Depending on when you travel...spring/ summer can get humid and a warm in the room despite a portable air conditioner. Open windows to get air flow. Request a mini fridge, but you can put food in fridge on 1st floor. Go eat at the Shed...3 blocks away... the breakfast place next door.... no. Awful! We thought we were visiting a picturesque Bavarian town...nope.. only a few buildings were of that artitechture.

Our stay was excellent.

Very convenient to downtown Kimberley. Good value with nice breakfast included. Other activities and spaces included within the hotel but we missed cable tv and the wifi in our room wasn’t working.

Stop one night on way to banff

Cute little room, cute little town.

The room was not the same one we picked or advertised. The room was small, and had little to no heat most of the stay. You can find other places that are bigger around the same price. Won't be recommending or coming back. Highly disappointing.

I was so impressed. First no extra charge for my pooch! So appreciate this as I’m aware of the potential extra for having to clean after a pet but it was so nice not to have to pay extra. All the added extras like coffee, tea, juice, bubbly water, cookies and granola bars available all the time. Ample places to sit and be cozy outside the room. The complimentary barrel sauna! The expansive delicious breakfast!! The streaming services! I haven’t stayed in an accommodation this well appointed in such a long time. Staff was helpful and friendly. The locally appointed soaps, love it. I’ll be back and I’ll be telling everyone!! Asa former Kimberley resident I was so happy to have such a great experience in a stay at the Inn! Thanks for the good work and intention to comfort, beauty and pleasure!!
