We were able to walk to several North Side activities & events. Parking was a problem some days even though we had a permit. Overall pleasant stay.

Our stay for the weekend was good. The house looked like it was pictured on the website. It was an easy walk to and from PNC Park. Their were two things that were not mentioned on the site. First, one of the three bedrooms did not have air conditioning, although it did have a fan. The second thing was the stairs. Two of our guests had a little bit of trouble walking up the steep staircase to get into the apartment on the 2nd floor.

While we had a great time and the location was clean, the upstairs and/or bathrooms are definitely not made for tall people. My husband is 6'2 and had a hard time going up to the bedrooms on the second floor and using either of the bathrooms. The bathrooms are small for any size person and not suitable for a large group of people.

We enjoyed our stay in the apartment. There were five adult females who enjoyed a reunion and had the opportunity to take in a Pirates game. The location of the apartment was great in terms of being able to walk to PNC park. Communication with Kayla was very positive and responses were very quick. Be aware that there are a lot of steps to get up to the apartment and additional steps getting up to the top floor of the apartment. Furnishings were comfortable.

Nice, no frills home that worked out perfectly for our crew. Great communication prior to the visit resulted in no communication needed throughout our stay. Highly recommend for visiting fans coming to town for Pirates, Steelers, Penguins games. All are an easy 20 minute walk from the property through safe and secure neighborhoods. Never heard or saw anyone all weekend so not sure what it would be like if other folks were around in the other unit. All in all, nice functional property that worked perfectly for our stay!

1. Luke warm showers even though the water in the kitchen sink was hot. 2. The upstairs bathroom tub leaked all over the floor as soon as we turned on the water. 3. Five large towels, one washcloth no hand towels. 4. No hand or bath soap. It was wonderful to spend time with my family in spite of all these problems.

This would have been a perfect stay if the HVAC system had functioned properly. The apartment was immaculate and beautifully decorated. This is a two floor apt, in a trendy neighborhood right next to the hospital. It is within 10 minutes of almost everything my hometown has to offer. I was visiting from CA where I now reside. The first level was a bedroom, bath, kitchen and living/dining room with a laundry closet. It as extremely cold . It felt like only 55 degrees. The dishwasher didn't work and the toilet clogged a couple times but that was manageable. The upstairs was the complete opposite suffocatingly hot! Neither floor was ideal for moving around, bathing or relaxing. We had to wear layers of clothing, 2 pairs of socks or socks with shoes and then wrap up in a blanket downstairs and it was way to cold to shower. Upstairs you had to begin removing clothing as you ascended the stairs and even down to your underwear you were sweating. The furnace was up there and heat rises! We opened the windows and when you stuck your head out the air there was still hot and it was only 4-12 degrees the first few days of our stay!!! The heat turned all of our hygiene and beauty products to liquid. You began sweating immediately after exiting the shower so already your body was layered with salty perspiration before you could put on a fresh change of clothes. The fans they provided no relief. They had loose parts so I turned them right back off. The apt. is in serious need of climate control! The other glaring issue was the housekeeper saying she had to charge management extra because we left the house messy. We paid a cleaning fee and left dishes because the dishwasher was broke, That left the normal changing of the beds, sweeping and mopping the floors, vacuuming and cleaning the restrooms. That's all S.O.P. I spent two hours sweeping, rinsing and stacking the dishes, wiping the tables and countertops and putting everything back where we found it! I have rented in the U.S. and Internationally and have never been accused of leaving a place untidy. Kayla was a very attentive host and refunded me $200. This place will be a gem once the HVAC system is corrected. Like I said it's a great spot close to everything Pittsburgh! It has a lot of character and it's great for family photos! Everyone that visited our family there inquired about renting it! I would highly recommend it once the HVAC system is fixed.

A weekend visit with our adult children for a Steelers game. Easy checkin process and parking with provided permit worked out fine. Apartment is beautifully updated. Kayla was very responsive. Neighborhood is cute and it was an easy walk to the stadium. Would definitely stay again.
