An outstanding experience from start to finish! The hotel exceeded my expectations in every way. Exceptional hospitality, friendly staff specially jomana , excellent service, and a very comfortable atmosphere made my stay truly special. Everything was well-organized, and the attention to detail was impressive. Highly recommended, and I would definitely come back again!

Unfortunately, my experience at Helnan Mamoura Hotel was very disappointing. We were supposed to check in at 3:00 PM, but we received our room much later than the scheduled check-in time.
After a long wait, this was extremely frustrating and made the beginning of our stay unpleasant. When a hotel confirms a 3:00 PM check-in time, guests should reasonably expect the room to be ready on time.
I hope the hotel management takes this issue seriously and improves its check-in and room preparation process to provide guests with a better experience.
