​The location of Luxury Apartments A&A is excellent: right in the heart of the old town in a very safe area. The room itself is quite cozy, with a beautiful wooden ceiling that adds a lot of character. The owner was extremely friendly and welcoming. She brought us fresh towels halfway through our stay, which was much appreciated. She also kindly explained that the wooden floors can carry sound, but noted it is part of the authentic charm of the historic building.

​Unfortunately, the wooden structure means every step from the neighbors upstairs is clearly audible downstairs, which can disrupt rest. The overall cleanliness could also be improved, as visible dust had settled on the bed frame, nightstands, and inside the closet and drawers. Additionally, ants managed to get inside the room, so we had to keep all of our food strictly stored in sealed bags throughout our stay.

Excellent location, Anna was great. Very accommodating when we arrived early. Comfy room and outside space was great.

Great room in a great place with a lovely host. All in all a very pleasant stay in a quiet area of the old town, very close to everything but without the crowds.

Very stylish and practical space, terrace is absolutely beautiful, location ideal - Ana was also very flexible about check-in time/leaving the luggage past Check-out time and bringing extra pillows. The cleaning ladies were very kind.

The walls and ceiling were so thin we could hear absolutely everything that was going on upstairs, which woke us up most days very early or very late. We did not have hot water nor proper internet connection for most of our stay - we appreciated the effort to fix the problem and also received a bottle of homemade plum liqueur, but no offer of discount was made. Due to a mistake from the property's side there has been some problem with payment - the money I had transferred came back to me. The constant spamming on my WhatsApp account during my only summer holiday was a bore and I had to ask for a proper invoice myself, something I would expect a professional hotel management to give without having to ask for it.
