No staff during the time I check in. Need to call 1st only then she turn up.

room not bright, dirty and many cockroaches. The water heater for bathing no function. We request to change room, and then finally we get a dirty and dusty bed room and the toilet bowl cannot flash. The room have many ants too.

location was very good and convenient to stay

I don’t like smell of the room.U can smell someone smoke from other room and the blanket so small and not comfortable

Smell of cigarette was worse than zamburger. Literally had to stuff the blanket and pillow under the door to stop the smell from entering. That method worked well and saved my life for the night. Do something about your smoking guests la. The lingering smell actually caused your linen to appear yellowish and it can lasts for over 5 hours until another smoker does his/her filthy disgusting deed. Advertise clearly for smokers so people like me and with lung problems can go find someplace else.

the bathroom lock is bad, easily unlock through outside.
