The location was nice. We were facing the river and could walk alongside it for a long while. The street was made of rental properties, but it was quiet and pleasant.
It was a bit warm, since there wasn't AC. There were lots of fans so that helped, and the temperature in the evening helped keep us cool enough. But during the day, especially late afternoons, it was very warm and stuffy even with the windows open and the fans blowing. We're from Texas, so we've been spoiled by central heat and air in our house...😊
