Fantastic view from the terrace and very frindly host who helped with getting up to the house

The road up was very narrow. But not a big issue. In exchange the view was fantastic

View was wonderful. Location great for walking access to Penzance, Newlyn & Mousehole. Hosts very friendly & helpful for local advice & tips. A real homely feel with plenty of space. We had a lovely homemade tea to welcome us.

Those not used to steep hills & narrow streets may find Newlyn difficult to drive in. This is clearly not specific to this property. However this house is up a steep hill (hence the great views) & large SUVs may struggle as parking is very tight & takes some getting used to.

Absolutely everything; amazing location with easy access to a number of Penzance beaches and sea ports, great hosts who ensured to give us information about good places to visit and interesting details about Newlyn and were so welcoming. The house was so clean, comfortable and decorated with the great care; we absolutely recommend this place for everyone wishing to get to know the charming English riviera.

This lovely house is literally a home from home, so comfortable and beautifully decorated with every last thoughtful detail considered. The friendly owners are right next door and on hand should you need them. A huge bonus is the sunny roof terrace with views across the bay. Loved it, wish we could have stayed longer...

The house is up a very steep hill (but you do get great views!) It's bit tricky to drive up but we managed with a parking space right outside. If walking is a problem you may find the hill a bit challenging.

Brilliant property with beautiful view of the sea from the main bedroom, lounge and Terrance. Nice view to wake up to. The rooms and beds were v comfy and kitchen v well stocked

The car parking wasn’t great for us as we have an estate so was quite long for the space available. Wasn’t too big an issue as there are other options within a short walk away and the hosts helped us find an alternative place to park

Beautiful home with incredible views. Hosts were so lovely. Met some of their lovely family including the 4 legged one! Location was perfect and amongst some of the best restaurants we've eaten in. We will definitely be back.

The steep hill! Not ideal when you've had a few! Haha! Adds to the charm though and without the steep hill, the views would be so beautiful.

Lovely owners, everything was well organized. Slept really well. Will definitely come back again.
