The staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming, and the service was excellent throughout my stay. The rooms were clean, modern and comfortable, and the reception staff were very efficient whenever I needed help with anything. The breakfast was honestly 10/10 — definitely one of the highlights of my stay! I also really appreciated how flexible and accommodating they were when I requested a late check-out because of my evening flight. They allowed me to stay longer for a small additional fee rather than charging me for another full night, which was very helpful.

The only downside was that my room was on the first floor, and unfortunately the balcony faced a concrete area, so there wasn't much of a view. Other than that, I had a wonderful stay and would happily stay here again.

Great location, lovely staff

Great customer service! The place is new and everything worked.

Nothing even though it is closer to business Remera

The breakfast was nice and tasty daily.

Can not think of any as the staff team were exceptional and professional. Maximum security and clean at all times.
