Property has alot of great features but does need some maintenance to make it fantastic. Located perfect for a trip to buller. Drying cupboard is a small room with a heater which i find dangerous. Generous sized rooms and living.

Great little house for a couple nights. Good location close to Mt Buller gates and comfortable. The futons upstairs are not the best for sleeping on but the other beds were good. Not enough knives and forks if you have over 10 people. And the whole place could do with a good spring clean and freshen up. Other than those few things it’s a lovely house and location

Property was very dirty with insects, cob webs, ants, very dusty etc. Upstairs carpet has not been vacuumed for a long time. Towels, floor mats etc were old. All the furniture were old, damaged and dirty. Furniture definitely needs to be replaced. It is a good location but very bad condition.

Close to Mt Buller for ski season. Enough room for all. Drying room was great.
Firewood was cut and ready to use.
Appliances (oven & dishwasher) need to be upgraded but overall, would stay again. Thankyou.

We as a family enjoyed our stay properly was clean and nice.

Property was a good size for our group of 8. Beds were comfortable but some more winter bedding would have been good, but if you sleep with heater on then it’s ok.
Dishwasher filter was filthy making it unusable. Dishes in cupboard weren’t clean so had to wash before use, but that might have been as a result of the dishwasher issue. This was reported to owner so should be ok for next person. Still disappointing however when paying so much.
Shower was nice and hot and instant gas so everyone had a hot shower.
Provided fire wood is kept out in the weather so if you want to use the combustion heater you’ll need your own dry wood.
Close to Buller and much cheaper than staying on mountain. Quiet area with a nice view of the mountain.
This place was good but could be much better with all of the negatives being easy to fix.

We all enjoyed our stay. The house has a an open plan living area which we loved. The house was clean. Big dining area so we could all eat together and play board games.

Highlight of the property is that it’s very close to Mt Buller. Even if the house is just 3 bedrooms it holds a lot of people… good for a large group. The house is very old and outdated so if that doesn’t bother you its good for a weekend away and affordable

Lovely home with spectacular views. Home was well equipped with enough for two large families. Only 15 mins from Mt Buller perfect for a snow day.

Cozy place to stay. Beautiful surrounding quiet neighborhood. It would be better if we can get Wi-Fi.

I was somewhat unhappy with the location.

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental.

1. Dusty blankets, linen and dusty floors, windows, fans,rooms and outdoor furniture. ( Linen and blankets were not fresh and professional at all).2.Unlceaned surfaces, inside windows and even wasp nests which explained that the property has not been cleaned for a long time.3.Lawn mowing was not done.4.They've mentioned in the online description that there was a Basketball ring at the property but there was none.4.We were waiting to have someone for 2 hours no nobody showed up clean the property.5.Overall a very bad experience.Luckily, the property manager agreed to refund 80% of the fees we've paid. We lost 20% of the fee which includes the Stayz booking fee.

The property was perfect for us and our friends. It is clean, plenty of spaces and sleeping areas for everyone.
It is close to restaurants and is a perfect stopover before heading to Mt Buller summit.

Very warm cozy house. Was great for spending the day skiiing and being able to come back and relax with hot showers. Plenty of wood supplied for our fire which kept the house warm. Clean and perfect for our large group. The bathroom light was out but didn’t bother us as we just used a small light.
