Overall a good experience. Clean and spacious apartment. Good enough for 2-3 people. Although not even a blanket to be found for someone sleeping on the sofa bed. Wi-fi is fast (300mbps). Equipped kitchen, you will find pots, pans, cutlery etc. which might be helpful. And it's a walking distance to Milan central station (very handy, under 10 minutes walk), and to metro stations (Loreto and Caiazzo)
Boiler stopped working one day, and we were left without hot water. Not too good when it's so hot in Milan and you can't have a shower. On a positive it was fixed the next day. While close proximity to central station is a big plus, the area/street itself isn't very appealing. And something you won't know until the 1st morning, the church at the back. The bell is very loud and it's right behind bedroom windows. Didn't bother me that much as I'd get up early every morning, for those wanting to sleep in it just won't work.

The size of the rooms is good, good fridge, good TV and table setting. Bed is low and starting to show signs of sagging in the middle. The shower is a good size but the tap will fall off if you don’t hold it in place when you turn it on or adjust the temperature. Washing machine is good. Couch is average.
Noisy air conditioning unit in the bedroom and the quiet one is in the living area. Bare essentials, nothing extra. Tea towel was missing and nothing was done to provide one in the 5 days we stayed there.
