Location, modern and clean!
minor..but no bin bags so had to get some ourselves...
Also would have been good to have basic condiments and pantry staples as food options limited so we cooked ourselves a couple of nights...

An absolutely beautiful house in an amazing location. Emu Bay would have to be one of the prettiest beaches on Kangaroo Island. the house is brand new, comfortable, and has everything for a premium stay. Avery big thank you from us. This was by far the highlight of our trip. We couldn’t recommend it more.

Location was fantastic; property was modern, clean and warm.
We liked everything.. A clothes dryer would have been great as the weather was bad.

The layout, the location. The design, we loved it. My partner made a point, as he works in real estate solutions. That he would love to live in this exact place, if he could replicate the layout and design it was perfect in every way. It was unique and different to other home designs. The builder and owner or the home. Did an emmculate job on this house.

This property was absolutely stunning and beautifully decorated. It was extremely clean, and the beds were really comfy. The linen, towels and kitchenware were of high quality. The property has 2 separate living areas, 2 bedrooms and 2 separate bathrooms which we loved.
There was no outdoor table and chairs, so we had to bring our own trestle table and deck chairs. We feel the price was a little too high for what you are getting, especially if you have multiple guests staying. The vacant block next door also had a caravan with people staying there, and multiple cars parked on it which was a bit annoying.

May be more coffee capsules cos we have 4 coffee lovers but there are only 7 capsules for our 3 nights' stay.
Guests could get sealink ferry tickets discounts but we were informed too lately. We miss the concessions.

Beautiful light and airy space, tastefully decorated with everything at your fingertips. An open space to bring people together yet thoughtfully designed to allow privacy in the sleeping space.
The property was perfect for our stay. If anything, I would hang a full length mirror on the inside of the wardrobes.

Some aspects of cleaning - floor and upper cupboard handles and doors. We had issues with the hot water and main water supply pump on the last day but this is just a maintenance issue and should not bother other stayers.

Property was beautiful, location excellent, spacious rooms, great facilities. An absolutely fabulous stay.
Could not fault the property. Enquiries were handled promptly. Very minor issue, we did run out of paper towel and there were no tissues.

Absolutely beautiful house with an even more gorgeous view!!

Bright and airy, clean, new house that is tastefully and comfortably furnished with a view over Emu Bay. There is a broad outdoor decked area overlooking the sea. The kitchen is beautiful and well equipped. Beds are large and comfortable with lovely bathrooms.
Two suggestions - bedside lamps would be a great addition, also a coffee table, but these are minor points

Our whole experience was amazing!
The place was beautiful, clean and communication was fantastic.
We had our 3 year old with us and it was very family friendly.
We will definitely be booking back here again.
We also were on a stand by ferry as the morning ones had all be canceled. They were accommodating with being on standby if we needed to stay an extra night which relived a lot of stress (particularly with having a child)
Would have loved a clothes drying rack to hang washing indoors as weather was wet.
But other than that honestly can’t thing of anything else!
