Amazing location and property.
No air con-so if arriving in July/Aug-it can be a bit warm but has good quality fans.
There is a bar downstairs that makes a lot of noise-this gives a great atmosphere-and you should expect this when booking a central city location-but the automated messages from Minut - the service monitoring the noise from the room I felt was a little
excessive when the noise was coming from the bar and we had to have the windows open due to the heat.

Excellent location in the city. Easy walk to shops, beach and Old Town. Also less than10 min walk to bus station for airport bus and those for Bilbao and Biarritz.
Well stocked kitchen, hairdryer & iron, comfortable beds and plenty of cupboard/wardrobe space.
Good shower.
HUGE renovation project directly opposite the apartment caused so much noise and dust from 7am onwards and earlier with heavy delivery lorries reversing into the very tight site entrance. Couldn't have the windows open. Also smaller renovation project at the apartment behind was constant banging & drilling.
Bathroom in need of some TLC - towel rail hanging off the wall and toilet seat very loose.

"Fabulous place. Clean, great fixtures, had everything (and lots more) than we needed for our stay.
Location amazing, perfect. 30 seconds from the cathedral; 5 mins to the beach, 7 mins to the old town..."
