The staff were very helpful

The breakfast was ok I didn't like the croissant very dry and the porridge with sugar

The bed head board had light that everytime that you switch sides it lits up. The travel to kaba is taught to walk. The bus supposed to run multiple times each preying Salad. But runs once and not punctual the time posted. Break fast is horrible not as close to basic. The staff great. If u are traveling women please don't book this hotel ot is too far from preying women site. You women will hate you

Staff was good , they will meet you with smile and listen you properly

They listen your problem properly but then they forget , i told them that our shower gel and shampoo is not there everything is empty they listened properly but they forgot i think to give it in room , then i complained 4 times about their wash basin that its pipe is broken and after 2 days they fixed , its better you bring your own toiletry things with you

Location and staff.

1-The washroom was not clean. 2- The Shower head was clogged and water was coming from different directions. Upon complaint the staff member said to call 0 and request for plumber. As a frequent traveler, the guests expect to have everything in perfect manner. Not that high light issues and Waste time in fixing the problems. Secondly i booked 3 person rooms, for it the provided amenities were not enough. Had to use personal. Third there is no hairdryer in the room provided 632. Fourth had to park outside the hotel on road side. Did not facilitate basement parking ( it was closed for some work, which at the time of booking must be mentioned by host)
