The location is in a set of condos with signs all over the gates that tell you its illegal in that county and HOA to have a VRBO listed. The gate calls the owner/manager of the property to get in and if she doesnt answer you cant get in. Stains on the floor and dirty sheets. We discussed it with the manager and nothing was done to accomodate. She said she provided a refund of the cleaning fee after we provided evidence of the filthiness of the unit. Never saw anything come through Has potential but challenging overall with our stay. I wouldnt recommend a stay here.

We stayed for our wedding weekend. The place was nice. It smelled faintly of cigarettes but I'm going to put that on the previous guests as the smell dissipated once the AC was on. The showers were a bit tricky and there were no gate clickers or keys, but when I reached out to the host they were quick to respond to help us. The neighborhood was quiet and easy to get to. We would definitely book again.

We came in June in Las Vegas so it was very very hot outside and the air conditioning was broken the entire time. I contacted the property owner and she said someone would come the night we got there but nobody every came to fix it and then she didn’t respond to any of my messages after that night. We stayed for 2 nights and the air conditioning was broken the entire time and the property owner still hasn’t responded to any of my messages. Additionally many of the lights in the apartment weren’t working, the dishes were dirty, there was food in the dishwasher, and the property owner was incredibly unprofessional.

I am very disappointed with the stay.
1st and foremost, I couldn't enter the property as the host did not buzz me in from the gated community. I had to request someone else form the property to let me in.
Secondly, we did not have comforters for all the beds and had to use bed spreads as comforters.
Next, the A/C was not working and the heat was unbearable. We had to purchase a fan from the nearest wallmart.
The House by itself was good but very very poor management.

This place was fantastic. Nice location and walking distance to fine dining. Short drive to the strip and this is a very spacious cozy condo.well equipped and stocked with everything we needed. The owner/host was always available for questions. Thank you !!

Location to the arena was awesome, the beds Omg so comfy.. few things were a bummer, no coffee pot, but we did go and buy one and left it so the next renters could have it. She did email stating she had one just hasn’t gotten it there.. trying to figure out how to change the language on the tv might be workers error.. But over all very nice place..

Liked the area...off the strip. In a gated community. Got in late and the host stayed up late to get us in the gate. Liked that we got a parking spot. But, there were quite a few guest parking spots for our other car. Decent complex. The code to get in wasn't working. Host replied right away. It was VRBO auto-info out of date. The place was very roomy. I liked the carpet - not typical of VRBO's. The place was minimalist. No dressers.
Minimal amount of kitchen items. Used the kitchen a lot.
Missing a hair dryer and had a few small issues. But, the host got them taken care of right away. Super friendly and responsive. We enjoyed our stay here. I will be staying here again during our next soccer tournament.
