Excellent location. Everyone liked the house. Some lights did not work.

The house and location were wonderful, but the check in process is more complicated than you expect for a vacation home anymore. Leading up to the stay, I received at least five emails all containing different information about house rules, the check in process, and check out requirements. Having so many emails and texts made it difficult to find information I needed to check in and during the stay. Also, I expect rental houses to have a keypad for easier checkin rather than having to go in person to pick up keys.

This home was perfect for our stay. The house is beautiful. The yard is so spacious (our pups loved the yard!) and the younger kids enjoyed the swing set. The family room and kitchen were perfect for all of us to be together and the rooms were so nice. Plenty of space for everyone. And many games were played on the shuffleboard - so cool! We all agreed this home is our new favorite!!

Everything is clean and stocked. My family and I had a great time here. We really enjoyed the outdoor fire place, the indoor fireplace, the shuffleboard table, the ping pong table and the Traeger grill. This place is close to everything. Great place!

This was a great property. Our little kids had so much fun, our older kids loved the yard and games. Our dog had plenty of room as well. Close to everything, extremely clean and well stocked. We will for sure try to stay here next time we come to Big Bear. Thank you.

This property met everyone's needs to the tenth degree. Very well stocked, perfectly accommodating with space so as not to be one top of one another, great area to walk, close to everything - LOVED it!

The house was clean, spacious and very comfortable. I loved the jaccuzzi. We really enjoyed our stay there. My only complaint is that I wanted to find out if the fireplace was wood or natural gas and the host wrote to me that it was wood burning. As a result, I bought firewood and tinder to use the fireplace only to find out that it was a natural gas fireplace. The host should have made sure of what kind of fireplace it was before answering my question.

We had a good sized group with us. I was a bit skeptical since the rentals always look better in the pictures than actuality. This place was what we needed & more!! Very spacious, great location, plenty of space & the backyard was great for the littles. Could not say enough good things about this place. Highly recommend & would definitely stay here again.

We loved this home! Our family of 4 adults and 3 children and one pup had a great time! Everything was perfectly stocked for cooking. Beds were extra comfortable. In a nice quiet neighborhood and close to a park. We plan to come back!
