I love Grey residence apartments, I have stayed here 6 times now in various different rooms with either my family or friends and every single time has been excellent. Clean, quiet and friendly staff, their customer service is even better. On this particular trip they rectified a discrepancy in our booking quickly and efficiently, they assured we were unconvinced in any way as the error was not on our end. Grey, also offered us a discount only our original booking about amount as to further show there amazing efforts in great customer service. This saved us £40! I can’t speak highly enough of this property, you couldn’t stay at a better place x

A long mirror is need in the rooms Shower pressure could be a little better

Moderne kleine Wohnung. Alles sauber.

Etwas wenig Geschirr, Besteck usw.

Very large , spacious, very big terrace, comfy beds, big screen TV, large bathroom.

The water leakage in the bathroom should be fixed, it gets very slippery when the entire floor is wet

I did like that there is a secured parking

A lot could have been better. No coffee machine and not too clean…
