There were six adults staying for winter realm for the weekend. We also had our dogs. Communication was excellent. House had everything we needed. Fenced in yard was a plus for the dogs.

The property was clean, well decorated and looked just like the pictures. We could walk to town and our dogs loved the yard and neighborhood.

We stayed 2 nights in August of 2023. We loved the location. Very close to downtown Lake Geneva. The house was very clean, comfortable, and well equipped. Excellent communication from Teri. She made sure all of our needs were met. We would love to stay again some time. Thank you for a wonderful trip. B & K

This is a comfortable house in a quiet neighborhood. We loved taking our dog for a walk each morning to the lake for a quick dog swim and coffee for ourselves.
When we arrived to check in, it was clear the house hadn't been cleaned from the previous guest but with just one phone call that was quickly taken care of while we were at dinner.

We enjoyed the unit and I would have given 4.5 stars but unfortunately that was not an option.
Pros: Great Location, Host was responsive both before and during stay, Plenty of parking, Backyard was nice and the fence was great for our dog. Unit listing was accurate and everything was in working order.
Cons: Kitchen utensils were lacking, no tongs and only one teflon frying pan. We used the stainless steel one for eggs and had to soak it evey day and then attack with the metal sponge they provided. Only one shower and the bathroom setup was odd. The full bathroom was off the kitchen and the half bath was off the upstairs 2nd bedroom. No mirror in the half bath. Also odd that the TV was in the 2nd bedroom, not the master bedroom.

We decided to do a girls trip for our milestone birthdays. My cousin found Lake Geneva, we then found this listing and we are very glad we did!
Very nice and comfortable home, perfectly located within walking distance of the lake and downtown. Plenty of local shops and restaurants, bars and a brewery! We drove a bit checking out the rest of the lake and small towns as well.
Very easy and smooth working with Evolve, they kept in touch routinely so we didn't feel "forgotten" . We ran into a bit of a hiccup on check in which was easily resolved even late afternoon on a Sunday night!
Highly recommend Evolve and everyone involved in the planning and implementing our trip.
Very highly recommend this specific rental property!!! The owner was extremely helpful with recommendations and making our stay memorable. She was always available and had very prompt response times if we had a question.

Very charming house, clean and inviting. Great location we really did walk to the lake and downtown! Unfortunately the weather didn't cooperate but, we shall return and now know what to plan for. Most excellent host, very forthcoming with information and ideas! We will definately return!!! We appreciate everything!!!!

We stayed at this house for 2 days. Beautiful cozy place that has everything you need to be comfortable. Within 10 minutes walking distance to the lake and downtown Lake Geneva. Would definitely recommend it!

The home owner was so kind and responsive to any questions we had for her. The check in and check out was so easy. The house is so close to everything! We stayed for a work trip and the food recommendations the home owner gave us were spot on. I could go on with how great our stay was, but truly it was the home. Thank you for letting us stay and I know that a lot of us were already saying we want to come with our families for a real vacation! Can’t wait to stay here again!
