Really good location, easy transport links and next door to a Shell/Tesco express so could pop in if need be but overall quiet area which was nice. Well furnished and well-stocked apartment, the sofa bed was very comfy and we enjoyed the terrace.
Housekeeping staff were quite rude on arrival. Some slight issues with the apartment i.e. some parts missing from the blinds, one window wouldn’t open in the living room.

Coded access was good however, the code didn’t work when we arrived and we had to call the out of hours number to gain access.
Nice comfy beds just a shame we was not provided with the correct bedding for the correct amount of guests we had booked for!
We got kind of lost and had to call the number provided to get directions, however the lady on the other end of the phone didn’t have a clue on how to direct us or where the property was actually located herself, (perhaps having a member on staff that can help assist guests, better is best) Booked apartment for 6, there ample beds for all us however the Sofabed was left with a single duvet only and it was meant for two guests! The pillows weren’t the best either, pieces of the blinds were missing in places letting all the light in the morning which was quiet annoying! Only 4 towels left for 6 guests, there was a cupboard room which had a washing machine in that was literally full of dirty laundry obviously from previous guests! The oven hadn’t been cleaned and smelt so bad of whatever had been cooked in there! This property hold a security deposit prior to check in (which is fine) however I find it very annoying when no cleaning items are left ie cleaning cloths, a washing sponge (instead a dirty old used one) so at least they can be used to clean up before guest check out!

The apartment was large, clean and well appointed. Very comfortable and very bright. Very close to the bus stop and to a grocery store.
We were not driving, but it has private parking. We really liked it and we wouldn’t hesitate to come back.

Breakfast was not served at the facility, the accomodation was self cartering. The accomodation is modern and comfortable which has all morden facilities. Me and my family were satisfied with the level of service.

I liked the size, and the location
Only one bathroom, there were some marks on the carpet and various objects in the house. Most importantly for me, the bathroom sink plug didn't work.

Everything was digital code system it was bit strugle bcz we didnt go through the mail sent about entry system but after reaching their it was just a matter of going through the mail in detail where we found all the information needed

It was easily accessible with parking, it was clean and tidy and had everything we needed.
Could’ve used an ironing board but managed.

The property is located right above a supermarket and very short walk to the bus stop.
The instructions about self check in could have improved to cater for elderly travellers which was the case here.

The apartment was lovely and well kept. It's a good location not far from Sudbury Town station on the Piccadilly line. Also having a Tesco below is very convenient.

The customer service team was responsive and friendly. Though this was a self-serviced apartment, they kindly helped us replenish the toiletries we needed and were communicative through email and the hotline. The amenities we needed were mostly all there and the property was very clean.
The location is a bit far off from London considering the Underground strike, but still an hour away from the city centre.

That I didn’t have to carry keys around with the fear of losing them. Also the fact that the entrance is secured with cctvs.
Was difficult to access the bin house, key codes didn’t work or was stiff.
Host should plan to install an air conditioner for summer.

lovely modern, clean apartment, close to Wembley north station. Ideal location when visiting Wembley stadium, about 45 minutes walk

clean and very well presented, it was light and airy with a nice clean and modern kitchen and bathroom with access to private balcony and shared outdoor balcony out the back with a lovely water fountain and bar area! which looked lovely at night and really really dark, only a short bus ride from Wembley Park
nothing too much! the balcony chairs were broken! and the outside areas could have been cleaner floors needed sweeping and chairs wiped down!

It felt very safe and secure, it was clean and had all necessary facilities.
The only negative was trying to get back from Wembley Stadium after a big event - the public transport was really busy and getting and Uber was challenging.

Size of the apartment and location were good
Kitchen wasn't cleaned thoroughly, cupboard doors dirty, had to ask for missing items which were eventually replaced after 3 days, cigarette butt's on the veranda, broken veranda seats. Would be better with more comfy seating by TV area, lampshades instead of just bulbs and more drawer space and seats in the bedrooms for people staying for more than just 1 night. Door hooks for wet towels and to also
hang coats on would be good too.

Parking was restricted, parking space was next to wall and when car in next space was overparked we could not access space.

The location was perfect and the flat was furnished efficiently. It was clean and comfortable.

it was a good location, pretty clean
bulbs were missing out of lights. kitchen tap was loose and water kept going everywhere. the bathroom lock didn’t work. other people park in your parking space.

it was stylish and relatively clean.
both doors didn’t lock!!! chips and cracks in the cups. radiator/heater banging off the wall throughout the night. neighbours having a party both nights we stayed.
