unit was completely remodeled everything was new the only problem was the mattress in the master bedroom sagged on the left side. my wife had a hard time sleeping. the mattress should be replaced. I had a hard time sleeping in it too but the unit was top notch. I would definitely come back if they got a new mattress in the master bedroom

We had a wonderful stay at this beautiful Ocean Villas condo. We did a fair amount of cooking over the holiday and found the kitchen very well appointed. I always get fresh flowers for our stays and was happy to find a large vase to use under the sink also! :) There was a gate code situation, but the property manager responded quickly and resolved. The property is beautiful with the Koi pond (we saw a turtle too!) around the heated pool and just a short walk to the beach. The large 6 seated dining table on the balcony was great for outdoor meals, but proved too chilly on one of our evenings. We found a card table and 4 chairs in one of the bedroom closets that was helpful for an improvised indoor seating arrangement. My only suggestion is that the grill is in need of an update (and cleaning) as it was unusable. We would definitely look to stay here again on a future visit to St. Augustine! Thank you for a fantastic stay over the holidays.

We rented this condo for a week long family getaway starting on NYE. The location was absolutely perfect we got to see fireworks on the beach and walk to many great restaurants . The condo itself was spotless and super organized (everything had a place). The decor was beautiful and looked exactly like the pictures. The development the condo was in was easy to maneuver and had two lovely pool areas and beach access was a breeze. A few days we went in to town and the drive in was about 15 minutes and easy. We already are talking about renting next year. We have zero complaints

I hesitate to write a glowing review because more renters will equal more traffic and therefore more wear and tear.....however this condo was WONDERFUL! Newly renovated with completely new & current decor and fixtures. The bedding, towels, sheets, blankets, furniture were fantastic. The pots/pans did show some wear, which is typical but we didn't cook much on this trip. Communication was perfect; check in & out was easy. Totally recommend, and we'd love to come back someday. :)

We had the most amazing experience at this condo. The kitchen was well stocked, beds were super comfortable, and there was plenty of room for our family. My kids especially loved the “bunk bed room.” There were toys, books and games to keep them busy on the days the weather wasn’t agreeable. It was also nice to sit out on the patio and enjoy meals. The area was super quiet.
We visit St Augustine every fall and this condo will be on the top of our list for our next stay!

This condo is extremely well-appointed. Fabulous kitchen, super clean, excellent location, beautiful beach. I could go on and on. I’ve stayed at several VRBO properties and this is by far the best and I will definitely stay here again. Already planning our next trip here. Owners have impeccable taste.

We love staying in the Ocean Villas when staying in St. Augustine. I have been staying at this complex for over 20 years. This particular unit is a first for us though. It was beautifully updated! Couldn’t have asked for better esthetics. The unit was well stocked with bedding, towels and all kitchen needs. The only issue we ran into was a few big items malfunctioning. The AC unit was not running when we arrived, the dishwasher was broken for a few days, the front door lock batteries went out and out master bath light needed to be reordered due to a busted bulb. With all that being said I think it was just a round of bad luck. The manager was very responsive and helpful. My family and I would still stay there again!

The condo was lovely. Check-in was simple and quick. The photos and description of this property are very accurate. It was clean and well maintained. The beds were comfortable and the kitchen was well stocked with all you need for preparing meals. The rooms were spacious and the location was great. The couch was a little hard but it is big and so it would be great for larger groups. It was a short walk to the beach. The building is located behind another one but you can walk through easily to get to the beach where there is a short boardwalk. There are two pools on this property and this condo overlooks one of them. There is an elevator available very close to this unit so that was great when brining in suitcases and for my elderly mother. The balcony is large and has a table and siting area for meals outside. Overall, we were very happy with our stay and highly recommend this condo.

I am so happy to write this review because my family and friends all had such a lovely time staying at this beach rental in St. Augustine. The kids absolutely loved the room with the bunk beds! My husband and I also really loved the cleanliness of the entire condo. Last year we stayed at another condo in Santa Rosa Beach only to find mold growing on the curtains in th master bedroom, causing us to sneeze and not even want to spend time in the room. This was the complete opposite!!! Everything was clean and it was perfect for entertaining, cooking and eating leisurely on the balcony overlooking the pool. My parents rented in a near by condo in the same complex and they enjoyed our unit much more. We found ourselves hosting dinner most nights for everyone! The pools in the complex were also fantastic and the beach was amazing!!! Highly recommend this unit and would definitely want to stay here again sometime soon!!!

This stay was one of the best we've ever had! The listing was gorgeous with all of the upgrades we could've asked for. Our kids loved the kids' room, my parents loved the guest room, and my husband and I loved the master. The common areas were nicely furnished and modern. The double wide balcony was perfectly equipped for dinners together, shaded recovery after too much sun, and evening chats over a glass of wine. Thank you for opening this for guests! We'd love to stay here again in the future.

We have been coming to St. Augustine for 30+ years and this was our first time staying in this unit/community. It was everything we were hoping for and more! The community is right down the street from where we usually stay and what made us choose this one was the location, number of bedrooms, and that the unit was updated. The condo has been beautifully updated, had wonderful features and the kitchen was stocked with everything that you could possibly want. I love how all the switches were labeled and the organization was amazing. The unit was very clean and comfortable and the extended balcony was such an added bonus. The walk to the beach was not bad at all, we are used to staying ocean front but honestly, this walk was very easy. The community is well maintained and during the week I always saw management on location doing maintenance, etc. The check-in was a breeze and we had no issues at all. Leaving no was problem at all either, with keyless entry it makes it much easier. I would highly recommend this beautiful condo and know that we will be returning without a doubt on our next trip to St. Aug. Thanks for a wonderful, memorable vacation!

The condo is beautifully renovated and very clean. It’s as beautiful as the photos! The kitchen is well stocked with dishes, drink ware, utensils and every appliance you would need. The complex bhas a resort feel and the people there are super friendly and helpful. Shawn at Resort Rentals is great to work with. Our stay couldn’t have been any better!

First of all, the management bent over backward to help us with our reservation. We learned that there would be remodeling of the complex that might disrupt our stay. Shawn went out of his way to take videos of the noise and construction. We ultimately decided to stay since there was great possibilty that it would be completed before we got there.
We are so glad we stayed. It was perfect! The condo was immaculately decorated and seemed brand new. The kitchen was well supplied like a full kitchen should be (crockpot, muffin tin, baking dishes, toaster, tea and coffee machines, plenty of dishes and cups even for the littles, etc.). They also had two chairs and an umbrella. They even had a room full of books and toys for the kids. The owners really treat this place like their own. Each room had their own TV and there was an alexa device.
In addition, the pools were a plus! We loved the heated pool the most but the other was great as well. The beach was only a short walk out of the complex and wasn't crowded.
The location was about 15-20 minutes from downtown with the traffic.
If we came back we would definitely stay here again. Highly recommend!!

The property could not have been any better. I would highly recommend this condo. Everything was clean, organized and comfortable throughout the rental. You can tell that the owners take pride in their home. The heated pool and the beach items (chairs, umbrella, toys) were a big plus. Don’t hesitate to rent from these owners!

We had a great stay. The place was as advertised, great location and has access to beach with2 pools. Wish the pools were heated, but they wait to Nov. to begin heating them. Condo was clean and beds were all super comfortable. 3 friends from HS flew in to Jacksonville Airport and I joined them from Ocala. We had a great time reconnecting after all these years and visiting all that St. Aug us time has to offer. Will keep this place in mind for future bookings.

Very beautiful and comfortable apartment, conveniently situated with beautiful views. Bathrooms and kitchen are amazing and inspirational. There are 2 pools at the property, one of which is surrounded by moat I which coi fish and turtles swim. There is a nice balcony with a seating and tables. I wish there was a dining table next to the kitchen, but the kitchen bar and the personal coffee-table-like tables also worked ina a nutshell - we loved this place!

The apartment is very nice, clean and had everything you would need. Perfect if you have kids, the room had a great bunk bed and even some books for the kids. If I had any questions I got a response right away. Would definitely book again!
