We liked the location but the access was not too good We liked the accommodation but some areas need attention. The bathroom floor needs regrouting and the basin in the bathroom doesn’t drain. There was a missing tile below the basin which also needs attention.

We would have liked a welcome pack with basic information on how to use the microwave and recycling etc. The view would be good but it is distracting to have vehicles including builders vans parked behind the property. We didn’t appreciate banging and drilling from the property next door at 8am on a couple of mornings.

Great last minute find, local too the Yorkshire 3 peaks and waterfall trail. Great spacious annex that had everything you needed

The bathroom shower door

Apartment was good

Directions were shown on a Google map, however the location wasn't marked correctly and was further up the hill from the actual location.

First impressions great...then the flaws started showing. I messaged owner with issues but got no response. Score would have been higher had they replied.

Broken sofa bed...no bedding for sofa bed and we were 2 individual people. Kitchen sink totally blocked. Shower drain blocked. No soap in the bathroom...really fundamental!! Dirt and crumbs under the sofa Noisy from the road at night...so couldn't open the windows and it was very hot...even with radiators off. The 'view' was ruined with tractors, motorhome and other vehicles parked outside. No light on the sofa so couldn't read!! Surely this is fundamental?? TV too far from the sofa. Had to message to get WiFi... I messaged the owner directly about the issues after our stay in order to give them a chance to sort them out before future guests arrived and got zero response. Had they bothered to reply I would have given a higher score.
