Very Spacious. Mins walk to subway and Ueno station. Near a supermarket.
Would be better if at least one of the windows can be opened

easy check in.
spacious size for tokyo.
kitchen was adequate for easy meals.
appreciate the coffee and green tea at reception
good location. plenty to see within walking distance.
easy walk to asakusa, kappabashi in the morning to avoid the big crowds.
easy walk to ueno park.
exhaust fan was a bit weak.
drying function for the washer-dryer machine did not work well. the whole room got very humid when we had to dry our clothes in the room instead. i did appreciate the staff offering 'moisture absorber' products to make the room less humid.

Our 3rd visit to Ostay Ueno. Great as always highly recommended!
Nothing.

Location was 10-15min walk to train stations. Apartment was in a quiet neighbourhood and there were a few food places nearby.
Bed linen and towels were clean and there were extras that you could help yourself to even though the place was unmanned.
We stayed in a standard twin room on the ground floor and it wasn't very well ventilated. The carpet felt moist and the room had a musty smell.

"Sehr ruhige Lage, gute Anbindung an den ÖPNV, Kombini und Supermarkt um die Ecke. Viel Platz!"
