Location is everything and this place has a superb location, easy access to the city center (shops, restaurants and groceries) as well as the beach and the train station. Everything within walking distance. Or, lots of local bycycle hire shops if you wish to challenge the speedy locals on the multitude of bycycle paths. We did not have enough time to take the ferry to Cap Ferrett but it's on our list for next time. Do check out the sand dune, either by bus or bike.
More transparent details on fees for bedding and towels.

Great location, in a quiet road that was close to station, beach and shops. The kitchen was really well equipped. There was an outside eating space that was shaded and had a bbq. We were a group of 2 couples and it suited us very well. We were able to leave our bags before the check in time and check out slightly later to accommodate our train times, which we much appreciated.
I would have preferred the sheets, towels and tea towels to have been provided as part of the rental rather than having to arrange and pay for them separately. I wish I had packed my own tea towels.
