a beautiful apartment in the heart of trapani's old city center, close to small supermarkets, with a pastry shop right across the road, and just a two-minute walk from the port and the beach. besides the excellent location, valentina was so accommodating and helpful throughout our stay. the bathroom was well stocked, even with feminine hygiene products, and the kitchenette had everything we needed. picturesque balconies, a television, and even a beach towel and umbrella made everything so easy. couldn't have asked for a better property for five peaceful nights in trapani :)

one very minor thing; the freezer didn't seem to be working quite as it should, as something we put in it started to thaw. and a bit more toilet paper in the bathroom would have been helpful. but really, these were tiny details in an otherwise perfect stay :)

Die Wohnung liegt super zentral. Zur Haupteinkaufsstraße sind es nur wenige Minuten, genau wie zum nächstgelegenen Supermarkt und auch zum Strand. Die Räume waren geräumig, die Küche trotz der kleinen Nische gut ausgestattet und im Bad wurden alle notwendigen Hygieneprodukte zur Verfügung gestellt. Auch ein Schirm und extra Handtücher für den Stand überließ uns die Gastgeberin. Die Räume waren relativ dunkel, nachts natürlich praktisch und dadurch blieb es auch länger kühl. Es konnte zusätzlich mit Außenrollos abgedunkelt werden. Draußen gab es eine kleine Sitzecke, die wirklich gemütlich war. Wir wurden am Anreisetag herzlich empfangen, die Gastgeberin spricht leider ausschließlich italienisch, was aber für die Einweisung keine größere Hürde darstellte. Auch während des Aufenthalts war sie per WhatsApp erreichbar.

Leider war die Badezimmertür zu lang und schliff über den Boden. Man brauchte dafür viel Kraft und es gab entsprechend einen Rums beim Schließen. Für nächtliche Toilettengänge blöd. Zudem war das Geschirr bei unserer Anreise leider nicht richtig gereinigt. Außerdem war es für uns im Hochsommer schwierig den Schlafbereich runterzukühlen. Die Klimaanlage war nur um Wohnraum und musste sehr stark eingestellt werden, um auch den angrenzenden Bereich zu kühlen.

A beautiful classic Sicilian house with a wonderful host , we will definitely turn back to Dolci Risvegli. A wonderful and peaceful place !! Grazie!

The accomadition is a little charming apartment near to city center. It is clean, has all the facilities, the host is very nice and wellcoming. We appreciated the extra blankets in the bedroom. The bathroom is big, sunny, with the necessary toiletries. It is 5-10 minutes to the old center. Across the building there is a wonderfull bakery: Pasticceria La Rinascente and a place with fresh fruits and vegetables. The sourundings are safe and quiet.

The only problem we had is that the upstair neighbour is very noisy, some night even until 4-5 AM in the morning, he had loud Tv turned on and moved around with something like a walking stick or something that produced a level of considerable noise. Maybe is just me that I am light sleeper but still it maybe a problem to some.
