Nothing, the owner is overbearing, the TV doesn’t work, the bedding is old.

The owner, she makes you clean the place. Even you don’t break anything she will not refund your damage fee, due to spillage and other non significant stuff.

Me and my kids really enjoyed our stay here and Tracy is a wonderful host, we felt at home away from home. Location is 10/10, right in the heart of Ballito yet away from the madding crowd. The amenities [Restaurant, Gym, Spa, Tennis Court etc] within the Estate is exceptional. You can wind down and enjoy Pizza and nice cocktails by the pool ;-) The security to the Estate is also quite tight which is a plus. We will surely be back.

Location is very good. Easy access to restaurants, the high way and the mall. Access to the estate was easy and the staff were very helpful and friendly. The apartment is clean and one can really relax after a busy day. Tracy is a very good host and she let us feel very welcome in her home.

We had noisy neighbours staying in the apartment next to ours. Maybe guests as well for the weekend. Didn't see them, only heard them.

Everything was clean and tidy. The apartment had all the facilities that you could need. Tracy was very hospitable. She made us feel at home and she really made the stay worthwhile. I would love to go there again.

We needed to clean the apartment ourselves. Clean , make up beds and wash dishes when we left as we had it when we arrived. Generally a helper does it at checkout During load shedding the TV does not work.
