Location was great location for access to west side.

Kitchen was filthy when we arrived. It was obvious that the refrigerator had not been wiped out since the last visitor. There were stains from drink containers inside kitchen cabinets. One shower drained so slow that we stood in six (6) inches of water during bathing. Some kind of sticky gunk that attracted hundreds of bees was on the ground next to the fire pit. Three smoke alarms had low batteries. One smoke alarm indicator was on when we arrived. The other two went off in the middle of the night. We disconnected them,(safety hazard), and attempted several times to contact the host. We never heard back from her. Finally on the last hour of our stay, I called her and she picked up the phone. She gave me several reasons why she did not receive my emails and calls. She told me that evolve had been asked to list the owner’s name a year ago and this had not been done. Do not stay here.
