We were allowed to check in early which worked well for us. Flooring was like wallpaper and coming off all over the downstairs. Kitchen had only 3 coffee cups and a tiny coffee maker. Upper cabinets are so high, there should be a step stool to reach dishes. One light in kitchen flickered the entire time the light was on. The water and ice maker in the refrigeration were not working, so no ice. Upstairs bathroom water pressure was very weak. Took 5 -10 minutes to get hot water in bathroom. Ceiling fans in the bedrooms have no controls, except the light switch. One bedroom fan was on full blast with no light. The other one was on and you could not turn off the light. Very annoying. I texted with the owner about the refrigerator and fans, but neither could be corrected while we were there. Towels were rather dingy and linens were well worn. gate to take the trash and recycle out was quite hard to open. Back yard was totally unkempt and stairs to go out there were rotting and getting dangerous. We would not stay there again.

The property is ok but I wouldn't stay here again. Bedroom furniture needs to be updated, water pressure in master shower is poor, dining room table is ridiculously small (the chairs are appropriate for children not grown adults), TV remotes missing batteries, and spare linen balled up and thrown into closets instead of folded. My primary issue was the lack of response from the owner & property company Evolve. There were multiple light fixtures missing bulbs or just simply broken, including ceiling light and lamps. This posed a serious safety issue given the lack of visibility in certain areas. Additionally, there was a random toilet commode sitting in the backyard! Literally sitting in the middle of the backyard! This clearly prohibited our use of the outdoor space. The neighborhood is fairly safe but the home next door is a bit run down and there's a good amount of trash litter in the yard and on the block. The house yard could have definitely been cleaned up before guest check in. I get the sense that the owner is maintaining the bare minimum to rent this property out. You can tell that there is no genuine concern for their guest comfort as alot of these issues should have been avoided. The owner/ property manager refusal to respond to my multiple contact attempts reitetates their lack of care.
