The personnal is great, always smiling. Fantastic breakfast Location next to the subway hotel is inbetween two nice pubs Coffee/tea always available

No double bed, just two beds next to eachother, falling inbetween. When going to or from the underground garage, the elevator stops at reception floor always, even nobody enters the elevator

I liked the safety features like a key to open the front door! The beds were cozy even if they were small, it was a great fit for a few nights!

Room was slightly smaller than expected but maybe I just was looking at different photos. It was sometimes hard to get around with the desk so close to the bed. Other than that it was good!

Room service came every day to clean.

The communication before arrival left a lot of open questions and those questions weren't answered. The host requested personal data beforehand which we still had to provide again at arrival. There was no sign to hang by the door to communicate that no room service is needed. The caulk in the shower was moldy. The shower was inconsistent with temperature between cold and boiling hot. The shower had very low pressure when several other people were showing in the building, needing to wait until others had finished. The empty transparent soap dispenser was not refilled, even though room service came daily. We did not receive information regarding check-out. Even after asking I didn't receive any answer on that matter until after we checked out. The hotel staff was already preparing our room for the next guests before our check-out and while we were packing our things. I thought that was quite inconsiderate.
