Liked the place, location, house amenities. Loved the game room. Only reason not giving a 5 star is there were few things needs repair. Several light bulbs were out, one kitchen cabinet door kept coming off, the fire pit on the deck didn’t work, hot tub water temperature was too low for use we couldn’t get the temperature to rise even after setting the thermostat up. Check the towel racks and toilet paper holders and tighten the set screws.

Numerous issues that were not corrected by mgmt. We arrived at the property to find out they didn't provide the correct entry code. We were surprised to find the cleaning team still there, but to our luck they were able to let us in since we didn't have the correct access code. I sent an email an hour after we arrived to the mgmt with a list of things that weren't working, weren't provided, including the access code. Did not hear from anyone until 24 hours later. They weren't responding to my email, but rather asking for a 5-star rating. Very poor communication by mgmt, items were not stocked and/or not working. We had to drive into town to fill the propane tank as the tanks at the cabin were empty. Didn't receive a reimbursement until more than one month later, after multiple inquiries that went unanswered. We rented this cabin for all the extras that were advertise such as the game room, video game, batteries not working, pool table, etc. most of which weren't working. I've stayed at 5-star properties, and this was not one of them. We spent more time chasing mgmt to get answers or things fixed. Accommodations were fine, but when you pay as much for the advertised "extras" I don't expect to spend time trying to find, fix, or replace items for the cabin. It should be ready for guests and turn-key. It was not. Very disappointing and would not recommend or stay again.

Overall the house was okay. But the experience and communication with the host was horrible. Because she barely replied and when she did she wasn’t helpful. Also the description online is incorrect; it’s not a five bedroom, but four. There are not the same amount of beds as in the description—you need to inflate the inflatable beds and bring them from the closet, to your room. The worst part was the hot tub, which didn’t work at all, and when I asked her to help, she just sent me a YouTube video on how to increase the temperature. When I told her there was an error on the screen, she stopped replying. Also, a lot of small thing in the house are broken—for example, some door knobs were missing, the ping pong rackets were broken (we bought our own and left them for them). Windows were dusty enough to dust up the house. Also when we came the trash containers were full from the previous tenants and we had to store our trash in the garage/game room to keep wild animals away. Overall, not a bad house, but be ready for all these surprises and a non communicative host.

Great cabin overall! Our group thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The cabin was clean and very spacious for all of us.

The property is spacious and gorgeous. All the guests had a beautiful time. The children had an amazing time lots of game choices on the lower level, did not get a chance to go into other game room. Hot tub large and clean. Network was in and out , not able to log into. Lots to do at the property, grounds kept clean and comfy outdoors. Definitely recommend this place for ones next getaway with family and friends. Property is well kept, beautiful drive into the compound.

The House was as published and the Christmas tree was beautiful, The grandkids said this was the best Christmas. However, upon arrival the cleaning crew was still cleaning; no toilet paper in bathrooms; the biggest issue was the unattached game room - it had not been cleaned (the cleaning crew said they don't do that room). Of the things needing resolution all were addressed except cleaning the game room. We'd go there again!

The cabin had plenty of space for all the guests to relax and enjoy themselfs.
