Historic sights nice walks. Clean back yard. Quiet facility. Good for singles couples family dogs. Nice stay

This was the perfect stay for our visit to St Louis. The location was perfect. The area was clean and safe. We liked that there was security in place to enter the building. It would be good if the listing indicated that there are stairs to the apartment. It was fine for us but it would be an unwelcome surprise for someone with mobility issues. The apartment was well stocked and well designed. The only thing we missed was a toaster. Also, It was a good thing that we knew to bring our own coffee pods as there were none available. We would book again if we should have the pleasure to visit St Louis again.

I rented this for a friend and her mom to be close to her dad while he is in Barnes Hospital. It was very nice and clean and they enjoyed that it was close and convenient to the hospital. They also enjoyed that they were able to save on eating out and being able to have a home atmosphere. I will differently recommend this to anyone going to St Louis.. Thank you

Very please with the apartment. All the amenties that you will need. We really loved being able to cook our own meals! Great location in the heart of StL. Literally across the street from SLU. Was even semi quiet on a Blues Hockey night. Would definitely stay again. Only thing, really need a non slip mat in that awesome shower. Just a bit of soap, and it gets tricky lol.

This place was amazing! Beautiful location and area. I enjoyed being so close to everything. It was very easy to walk anywhere from here. The staff member I was messaging was amazing, they helped me so much and got me into my room like 4 hours early!! When I come back to St. Louis I will be staying here again and hopefully getting the same room I had this time. Great place to stay.

For the most part we were pleasantly surprised with our stay. The apartment was fantastically clean and well supplied. There were only a few things i would make note of. We stayed in apartment K. The shower curtain was waaaaay too big for the tub so a significant part of it waa on the floor of the shower and made it slippery and a bit of a safety issue. Second, the drain drains very slowly which means you have to stand in ankle deep soapy water while you shower. Combined with a plasticy shower curtain is a slipping hazard. There was a family of squirrells that were in the walls and made quite a bit of noise throughout the night. Last but not least the price is a bit deceptive. The nightly rate was good but then tax a property fee and another fee of some sort makes the 1 night total more than a hundred dollars more.

Good location. Perfect for the price the only downside is the parking.

The apartments worked out great for us! Price and location. Close to events going on and short drive to lots of restaurants on The Hill. Parking on the street was cheap, free after 8 and Sunday and was very safe. Highly recommend. Great vintage building. Cute efficiency apartment with everything you need.

The property has good amenities, well equipped and tastefully decorated. It is cozy and comfortable. The spaces have limited natural light. Make sure to reserve a parking garage space at booking.We enjoyed our stay.

We were going to visit our Granddaughter at Saint Louis University so this location was perfect. The apartment was clean and almost perfect except for the parking. We try to request parking, which was advertisement for a fee. We call and texted several times, but was told on the day of travel, we would have to find street parking. My husband just had knee replacement, we are in our mid 70's, and it was Homecoming/Parent's Weekend. We could not leave our paid street parking after 5PM, if we were going to park anywhere close. The coffee maker required a K-cup, which I only brought filters and ground coffee. There was only one coffee K-cup in our room and none in the lobby.

The house is right across the campus from SLU and that was the perfect location for me. I appreciated the beauty of the 120-year-old home with hardwood floors and window frames and a beautiful staircase. The room was well appointed with a full kitchen and very clean. I would stay here again for sure. However whoever was communicating with me about the property through text could use some customer relations skills for sure.

I loved staying here. Very clean and great location. Also peaceful and quiet.

Cozy, warm, clean, and safe, but the dishwasher kept beeping since the day I checked in. My room is next to the street so it is little bit noisy outside. However I think I will choose them next time.

Very nice good communication

This was a great apartment in great location. Everything was as listed. However, please fix the parking instructions. Please provide clear instructions of where is it at. A picture of the parking lot indicating the entrance would be great. Also, please have better communication. I tried calling 3 times and nobody answered my phone calls. All communication was via message and felt awkward. Almost a 5 star experience.

My wife and I had a great time. This is a very nice place to stay. 10 minutes from downtown. Right across from St. Louis University. Has a homey feeling not like a hotel room. Parking is very convenient behind building. Only two things to mention and these are only repair items. 1. The large burner does not heat up. Just replace the element. 2. The tup (cast iron) has rust stains on the bottom.

Communication, location, accuracy, ease of check-in and parking were all convenient/excellent. The bed is foam and while a bit soft ... it did well with both of us ... which is not always the case. The kitchen/living space was between the bedroom and bathroom and smallish and still adequate. The sofa was minimalistic. Internet was easy and fast. The shower was good and towels good. We did not need to contact the owners after arriving. Finding the parking was a minor challenge and following the directions with some assumptions worked. The location was wonderful.

The property is impeccably maintained, and very comfortable. The proximity to the SLU campus, which is beautiful to walk through safer than nearby areas, leavens the every detail of the stay. I highly recommend.

I enjoyed my stay here. Check in was a bit wonky but otherwise everything was great.

It was a very secure location with 2 sets of locks. The rooms looked very fresh and clean. We enjoyed our stay.

We had a wonderful stay at Grand Center Apartments. Spacious, well appointed and a great location with bus passing and train a short walk away. Kitchen had everything we needed. Highly recommended.

Perfect one-bedroom apartment for our weekend stay while our daughter graduated from WashU. Check-in and check-out instructions were easy to follow. Bed was very comfortable!! Could use some more lighting in the kitchen. Bathroom shower pressure is low. If you are a light sleeper, be aware that some street noise can be heard -- this bedroom was in the front right on 2nd floor. We would rent here again.

I would recommend a friend to this property. It’s private and quite. Parking is awesome I didn’t struggle to find parking.

Minor stuff...like frig and another appliance needed reset on outlet (it triggered off)...it was "different" not to have a front desk, but it worked OK...wish I knew parking garage had limited overhead clearance (we have a cargo box on our car), but overall - very nice

The property was in the middle of University of St Louis and we cooked and enjoyed the concert at the Enterprise while staying at this property. One thing I needed was an electric can opener when I was cooking, but it was unavailable. Otherwise the place was excellent and we would definitely stay again. Very convenient location and privacy.

So much better than a hotel. Check-in was super easy and such a great location.

Communication was helpful, prompt. Parking garage immediately behind the property. You cut through the backyard and cross alley to get there but it’s less than 1 minute walk away. Felt very safe and secure staying there. Only problem was there was Keurig in kitchen but no coffee cups. Problem solved by using disposable cup from lobby’s coffee station. I did forget to report to management that front right burner on stove wasn’t working.

Very comfortable & quiet, updated apartment. Hope to come back in the future.
