La situation

Le manque d’entretien, le piteux état des équipements.

The location and the facilities were great. We really liked the readily equipped kitchen allowing us to cook and that each room had tv entertainment for my family.

The accessibility to the site was a surprise. The Hill is very steep.

Location to the boardwalk was awesome.

The hill to walk up was a bit steep but not that far of a walk.

It was NOT beach front. No beach within a mile. The driveway was VERY steep and dangerous. The TV did not work, and the host would not fix it.

The room was as advertised and the service provided by Mr. Priest was exceptional.

The living room area smelled of cigarette smoke from the previous person who stayed at the place.

The heart of staff & manager was so kind. The view in the day time is so beautiful & at night time is breathe taking. There's an easy access to everything you will need like grocery shop, gas station, a beach and shopping mall. The place located in a quite peaceful area and that's what I love most about Aquila Villa.

At first to get the villa the road is very steep, I'm not use to such roads. There's is nothing else I didn't like because everything was what I needed.

Location was excellent... Very central. Apartment was mainly very nice but with a few exceptions see below. Excellent value.

Room not ready when I arrived 6pm despite having. Messages from host. Parking and access to the property was up an extremely steep hill. Difficult and a bit daunting to drive up. When I did pluck up courage to drive up, I damaged the hire car slightly at the top as driveway block work not finished. Inside mainly very nice, but bathroom door hanging on one (lower) hinge and fuse box oddly exposed on bedroom wall. On departure, host didn't appear for agrred 7am inspection. But having said all the above, I'd stay there again!
