Very spacious place with sun-filled terrace. Two separate bathrooms come in hand. Excellent location directly in city centre. The personal (Emma) was very kind and communication with her was perfect. If we ever travel back to Bologna we are 100% sure what our choice for stay will be.

The apartment was spacious and well appointed with crisp clean linen, comfy beds with plenty of pillows. The kitchen was excellent and had all you would need for a weeks stay. Access was really good with a lift to the 3rd floor. The apartment was quiet with several good air-conditioners. Great views from the port style windows of the street below. The wi fi was excellent. It has a lovely terrace with nice lighting and amazing views of the Twin Towers, terracotta rooftops and Church domes. The location is fantastic and close to everything Bologna has to offer.

Kitchen could have had some cooking oil, would have been a big help (it now has:)). Mould in the top R/H corner of the master bedroom. The terrace was very unkept, all the plants are dead and very unappealing to the sit and relax in this area, would also be nice if there was an umbrella, it looks nothing like the web photos. If I pay a lot of money for accommodation, my expectations are that all things are checked and right, sometimes I think the owners just think its ok and we find out the hard way. The terrace looks nothing like in the promo photos, so be warned. This was the only downside, otherwise a great stay.

Toplocatie! Ruim appartement pal in het centrum, toch rustig. Overal airco aanwezig. Mooi oud gebouw.
