The property is in a peaceful neighbourhood. The staff is excellent. The view of the lake is one beauty and brings a feel of freshness. Easy to reach even when you do not use own vehicle.
The surrounding area needs cleaning to improve the view of the lake/dam. The space may not belong to the guest house, but it affects the facade and the environment around the facility.

Everything was fine
On my last day I found the water cold in the morning but I understand and if I waited for the water to be warm it was going to clutch with my checking out time

The room was big and the bed was comfortable
The smell was like the place was not in use for a while, but went away wen I sprayed air freshener, the surrounding of the place wasn't clean, not the places fault but I think they should contact the municipal to clean the streets and all, but was great

Breakfast was not included and I didn't like anything about the place
Firstly the place is not clean. It was cold but there was no extra blanket. The Aircon could not warm the room, I think it was not working properly
