Couldn’t get safe working

The property was perfect for a family of 4. Great size and amenities. The location was perfect for shops restaurants and beaches

There were only ceiling fans in the two bedrooms so got a little uncomfortable with the heat. Also the property is due a little revamp

The property is in a fabulous location. The pool area is so clean and property had all we needed in it. There were 6 adults and we all fit very comfortably. The beds are huge. The ceiling fans in both bedrooms are very good. The living area where the sofa is got very warm due to no aircon but it was fine.

The property could do with being updated in parts. There are only 4 chairs on the balcony and as the property sleeps 6 it would have been nicer to have 6 chairs out on the balcony. The sunbeds by the pool definitely need updated, they are very sunken in and unconfortable now but these are minor things only.

The location is fabulous. You are within walking distance of bars, restaurants, shops and the beach.The pool is nice. Beds are comfortable, and there are loads of beach towels that you can use, so there is no need to purchase any. We were glad of the sweeping brush to hold the bathroom door shut 😂 The kitchen was well equipped, and the balcony was a good size.

Cushions, instead of pillows on beds and the pillows we found, were stained. The duvets weren't clean. Duvet covers were old and need updating. The bathroom door was broken and wouldn't stay closed or locked. We told Diego about the bathroom door and that the fans weren't working, and he said he would send someone from maintenance however nobody turned up. It did say in the description that the apartment has air-conditioning, but it was not air-conditioning it was a ceiling fan that didn't work properly and this has now been removed from the facilities description.There were a couple of cockroaches in the kitchen that we had to dispose of. It should state on the description that you can only gain entry to the apartment via stairs so you are aware at the time of booking and there's only one set of keys. You can only gain entry to the pool through a locked gate, which is accessed on the road front, not ideal if you have children. Overall, it's a good apartment, but could do with updating and need to add pictures of the stairs so you are aware.
