The service and hospitality was excellent!
The place is close by everything in Kasbah, yet there is also a local vibe. We love that!
The bathroom was fine, but it was seperate from the bedroom by a curtain. It was fine, but a bit awkward. Each room is different, so not every room may have this

All the staff were so friendly, welcoming and helpful throughout our stay. They went above and beyond to make our 30th wedding anniversary extra special by preparing a beautiful cake and lovely decorations for us. It was such a thoughtful surprise and made our stay truly memorable. We really appreciated their kindness and attention to detail. Thank you so much for making our anniversary so special! ❤️
Everything was great overall. The only minor point is that the property is slightly hidden and the surrounding streets could be a little cleaner, but this didn’t affect our stay once we arrived.

The staff, the jacuzzi, the cooking class.
The noise which was going on all the night due to the water pipe or water tank. According to the manager, a technician will come and repair but didn’t. It was very torturing to have two nights’ sleep with noise going on every few seconds.
