We enjoyed everything

The house was great. The responsiveness and the cabin rental company were not. We did not have properly functioning air conditioner during our four night, five day stay. It was not a little warm. Try the units were reading 80* with all the fans on. In July. In 90*+ temperatures. We immediately reached out to Justin (who may exist, but the messages are monitored and answered by several individuals in a customer service center outside the US) who was responsive, but gave conflicting information. We were incredibly reasonable and patient. However, I ended up spending a large portion of my vacation micromanaging the service (note, not repair) of the AC units. I first started with the messaging, then I moved to calling the cabin rental company (Aveda). After multiple calls and long conversations, on the last day of our trip, I spoke to the manager, who was lovely and did everything she could to make it right (small refund, brining multiple fans). Please note, we were without any attempts to make us comfortable (such as a portable fan) for three days. Nothing hospitable was done to even attempt to make us more comfortable. Nothing beyond “thanks for being patient”. For three full days after we immediately notified them of the issue upon our check-in. I am not a “negative reviewer,” in fact, I rarely leave reviews (if ever). The house would have been great l, had we been able to enjoy it. The service would have been great, if nothing had been wrong.

Wonderful

Cabin was great! Everything was as listed but the mattresses weren't very comfortable. The inside temperature was a lil stuffy at times. Some of the trees needed to be cut back away from the trash cage but overall the experience was one my family will never forget.

Justin was quick and responsive to all of my needs.

Our stay was fantastic. The house had it all. Plenty of space for everyone, in house games and amenities for the kids and adults, easy drive to tons of attractions and restaurants, clean and well taken care of. Host was very responsive and engaged in making sure our stay was enjoyable. Would definitely recommend this place to anyone.

The cabin was beautiful and clean! Plenty of room for all of us! The hot tub was a huge hit! The beds were also very comfortable

My adult daughter Jessica and mom to 2 little girls has brain cancer. When we got the news she had a few weeks to a few months the entire family decided we would all go to her FAVORITE place, Pigeon Forge/Gatlinburg and spend a few days making lasting memories with her. We rented this amazing cabin and it did not disappoint. We are truly grateful for the memories we were able to make there with Jessica at 4 Bears Cabin in August 2022. Thank you!!
