We very much enjoyed our stay. Mark was very quick at answering any of my questions. We would absolutely stay there again.

We stayed at BackPay for a wedding on the resort. It was a perfect size for our family of 12. The house was clean, easily accessible, and we were able to check in early without charge or issue. Access to the pools at the resort was a highlight of the trip for the kids. Great location, would rent again.

The homes itself is beautiful but who ever they hire to clean is not doing a good job. We had water on the floor in the bathroom so we wiped it up. The bathroom floor was black and filthy so we decided to do the same in the kitchen and other baths. They were all that dirty. We found crackers, chips and even a bra under the beds, the lighting/ceiling fans are covered in dust, the window sill are dust and the ones in the master bedroom had hair on it, the couch is badly stained and the cloth kitchen chairs have dried food all over the sides of them. I took pictures and sent them to the owner. He said he would send a cleaning person out but we didn’t want anyone there working around us. It should have been cleaned prior to us checking in. I’m wondering how dirty the carpets are. We all kept our shoes on during our stay and covered the couch with blankets so we can sit in it.

Absolutely awesome property. Was as advertised. Great location and amenities. Mark was phenomenal. When we come back to North Myrtle to vacation in the future, will probably book this one again.

The house was absolutely perfect for our family! 4 adults & 6 kids ranging from 6-16 yrs old and everyone had a great time. The house was beautiful with large rooms and a very nice pool area. It is also conveniently located in proximity to North Beach Resort/pools so that the walk with kids & beach gear in tow was not very manageable! Mark was also responsive, accommodating, & professional! Highly recommend and would rent again!

April 1 was our daughters wedding and even though we own a house in Myrtle Beach she wanted to stay close to the venue, 21 Main Events. Mark allowed us to move in earlier in the day since no one had rented before us and we were able to get everything organized for wedding weekend. The house was very clean and just beautifully decorated. The house was so soundproof that you never really heard anyone come in and out of the house, and everyone have their own privacy with so many rooms. We really were not in the house that much as with wedding rehearsal and wedding day. But it was a perfect location for all the Bridesmaids to come and get their hair and make up done, and to get beautiful pictures. The only thing that didn’t work for us for whatever reason was the elevator the 2nd floor latch would get stuck. But we didn’t mind going up and down the stairs. We stuck to the rules of having no events at the house and didn’t even have family members come over, which would have been nice, but we noticed the other houses next to us had three cars deep in their driveway and no parking stickers in their cars. The nice thing was other family members rented close by so we went to their rental property. We would definitely recommend this property as very convenient to the beach, walking distance to the pool and beach. A 5 min car drive to Barefoot Landing..

This was an amazing house to spend Thanksgiving week with the family. The great layout, cleanliness and spacious design added to our restful vacation. The location was ideal for walks to the beach and around the resort property. Mark was amazing to work with and was readily available and quick to answer any questions. We are already checking our calendars for a return visit.
