The bed was very comfortable.

I was looking forward to surprising my wife with a stay in a relaxing garden like setting, what we found was an overgrown mess. I cannot express the range of emotions i felt when we got to this place and how it ruined the entire evening for me. My emotions went from disappointment, to anger, to sadness. Upon driving up we saw a worn out old car in a driveway beside a stack of old lumber & boards amongst a wall of overgrown bushes surrounding the house. Finally found a person who directed us to a rear driveway to park in. The overgrown trees, bushes and plants hung out into the driveway, allowing no room for doors on one side of the car to be opened. My wife went ahead to confirm we were at the right house while i struggled with the urge to drive to Home Depot and get a set of hedge trimmers. Overwhelmed with disappointment at this point, i then stepped through the gate and had to push aside branches and plants to get along the path leading through a "garden oasis'" that seemed more like the path leading to The Munster's house. There were bushes, trees, plants, overgrown everywhere.. the areas where there was outdoor furniture was so overgrown you couldn't actually get to it or enjoy it without a branch / leaves hanging over your shoulder or in your hair. And lizards love crawling from branches on to the furniture, at least they enjoyed it. Furniture looked like it hadn't been washed or rinsed off other than by the rain. The outdoor "shower" was being taken over by trees and branches, and the outdoor tub was overgrown and amassing leaves, dirt etc, so basically unusable. As though all the overgrown trees and plants weren't enough, she had plant pots with more plants on the patio and trails ! The place desperately needs to be cut back & cleaned up. And this annoying enormous wind chime making an awful racket all night, i don't know how the neighbors weren't complaining.

We couldn't stay here because we had to go out to the garden to take a shower. Car parking is not ideal

Beautiful setting. Really cool interior as well as the outside. Beautiful garden. The outdoor shower is Tremendous. Very quaint. Excellent price. The hosts were very friendly and informative.

Amazing place with a beautiful garden and a shower that is in the middle of it (open to the sky). One of the most comfortable beds we have slept in during our trip. Beautiful furniture and all in all such a cute place to be.

Maybe a door to the bathroom could be installed such that guests can close a door when using it. Not having a door is a little weird.

Fantastic location. As a young girl travelling alone I felt very safe here. The garden is a dream oasis. Clearly a lot of love and care goes into maintaining such a beautiful space. I enjoyed spending time observing and taking photos of the fascinating creatures that are lucky enough to call Chateau Gardens home! The cool shower was my favourite part! The room is very homey, cozy and relaxing. Everything in the room was well thought out. The unique decor created a lovely atmosphere, so many one of a kind pieces that tied together to create the perfect unity.

Had a bit of trouble finding the room upon arrival but the owners helped right away!

I loved the ambiance as we walked in. It smelled like autumn and music was softly playing in the background. The bed was clean and extremely comfortable and the finishing touches throughout the unit (placemats, towels, garden, etc.) made me feel at home.

The bathtub water didn’t warm up at all. So it was very chilly.
