Friendly environment, like home. Has everything. Pool table to staying home on a rainy days. Clean and easy access.

It was good and fun but there has to be more responsabelity in the pool cleanning house cleanning and grill and change of blanket they had holes on them but other then that is a great place to go on vacation with the family...

We had 4pm check in. When my parents arrived first after their 13 hour drive, they house keeper greeted them stating the people before us thought they had more time, so she had delayed start. They sat in the car for 2 hours waiting (so no one could check in until 6pm). Once they got in, the lady was still in there cleaning. The Solei property managers text me to let me know the couch was stained and they were trying to get someone to clean it. The “stain” was VOMIT. We checked in on Saturday and no one came to clean the couch until Wednesday (and only after I messaged two days without response asking about it). The backyard has nice fire pit, BUT all the chairs were broke, so couldn’t sit by the fire. One of the beds had so much dog hair on it that we had to strip the bed and wash everything, no way the bedding was washed or changed. On Wednesday of our week long stay, the toilet clogged and there is not a plunger in the house. We went and bought one. Thursday morning clogged again, everyone in the house left after messaging the property. We came home that afternoon to find poop water all In the bathroom floor and filling up in the tub. 5 hours later a plumber came and fixed the clog, and telling us that they have had problems here as the color of the waste looked to have a chemical in it. Then MY MOM cleaned up the mess as they were first to arrive that night. We had to leave again because the smell was sickening. They didn’t send anyone to clean it up. Most disgusting.

This property was extremely filthy. It still has a roach problem even after the property manager said it was shut down for two weeks to fix the bug problem. Roaches everywhere! The pool sticks don't have tips to use the pool table. The floors seem like they have never been cleaned. Our feet and socks where completely black and we had to wear our shoes in the house. The drains for the sinks seem backed up. The lanai needs pressure washing. We even had to clean the fridge before using it. It is a shame because this property has a great floor plan with plenty of potential. It has a pool, fire pit, and plenty of bedrooms. It needs a really good deep cleaning! We left it cleaner then when we checked in .

Our group of 8 stayed at this property for a week for a week (4 adults, 4 kids) and it came with its challenges. Truth be told, I requested a full refund prior to the trip once I saw reviews citing roaches but Soleil Vacations wouldnt allow without forfeiting our full rental fee. So we decided to stick it out as we were told the pest problems had been taken care of. I will give the positive points first: The house fits 8 people nicely. The 4 bedrooms worked well for our group. The pool was a nice size. There are smart TVs in every room. The main negative points: The roaches! The management group has told me that it’s FL and roaches are a normal occurrence. I’m not new to FL and this house definitely has issues with pests. The drain flies are also everywhere. The communication with Soleil once we arrived was also non-existent. Sent a message about the pests as well as requests for needed supplies with no response. For a group of 8 - 1 roll of toilet paper and 1 roll of paper towel was pretty disappointing. For this property stating they can house 10 people, the lack of enough plates/cups would contradict this. We used the 2 provided dishwasher tabs in the first 2 days. Every exterior door has issues. The pool patio doors don’t lock well and one latch is broken. The front door is warped and you can see under the door ( come on in roaches!). Grill has no tools, all pool sticks but 1 have no tips, no kitchen towels, spider webs on walls, cupcake icing on outdoor table, TV in pool area has no power cord, pool lounge chair broken, etc. Our group made the best of it and we still had fun. However- this house lacks in cleanliness and has a roach problem. Soleil was not the best to deal with and didn’t answer communications once we arrived. My fault for renting a place with a low amount of reviews I guess. Future Renters beware.

We came to Melbourne on our spring trip for college softball. We had three houses that we rented, but this was the nicest and the most accurate listing of the houses we rented. There was plenty of bedrooms and they were spacious. The pool was a nice feature as well. The only issue we ran into was that the garbage disposal and drain were very slow in the kitchen. We would stay here again.

The house is sorely neglected. It is obvious that the house is never checked by any type of management between guests. The pool is freezing even though the air temps were high during our stay. It is largely sheltered by an overgrown tree in the backyard. The grass was long and had dog poop in both the front and back yard. Our trip was already booked before the previous review was posted regarding cleanliness and cockroaches. We notified the management company about an abundance of drain flies and when the pest company was sent out it was the first visit so wasn’t treated when the previous guest noted the cockroaches. When they treated it, cockroaches appeared in abundance. We had to dispose of over 40 cockroaches during our stay. It was gross. They were even on the sheets. The seating area(living room) is inadequate for the number of guests in the house. Only 4 people at most could sit in that room. There is a heater by the pool for cool nights but both tanks were empty. Chairs by the fire pit were filthy. I would never recommend this property to anyone.

Friends and I visited for MLK Day weekend. Many dishes were still dirty, hair was found in all bedsheets and some cockroaches were present. Amount of sleeping space was nice but there wasn't really a comfy place to hang out together inside. Pool is unheated so it wasn't usable during a cooler weekend. Pool table and kitchen space were nice
