We were greeted by Charles Christopher lodge host. He was amazing the entire time we were there. offering great suggestions, showing us other rooms. just an overall super friendly experience. The fact that it’s dog friendly just makes it even more wonderful.

Such a great spot!! Walking distance to local restaurants and shops. The bed was supportive, but soft. Grounds were so cute! Fire pits and the s’mores supplies were a great touch. Dog friendly! We were so comfy.

No email received for check in, had to find another place to stay, last minute. VERY disappointed!

Our stay at Corduroy was fantastic. The room size and set-up is perfect for two people. The linens and towels were great, and the room was very clean. Everything was no contact, but they were super responsive by text. Check-in was a breeze. The outdoor area is very comfortable with games and fire pits. We definitely will stay there again!

This “motel”/campground was deceiving through the Expedia add!!!!! Where do I even start?! There is no office or personal to talk to, you are given a email with instructions, which is weird. There is no office, just a boarded up building. We were told they would just leave the door open to our unit with the key inside on the table…..what?!?! How is this even safe?! Once to our “cabin” it too was old and falling apart. You could tell they tried to dress it up(which the photos of this place in the add showed), but upon closer look it’s just a facade, lipstick per say. The bathroom floor was bubbling, there were patches and stains all over the tub, the sink faucet wobbled back and forth so bad I thought it might come off. There was one single yellow light bulb, not even a fixture that worked in the bathroom so it was so dark I had to brush my teeth in the kitchen sink. There was a second actual light fixture above the sink but it did not turn on along with the one outlet that did not work…no power in the bathroom!!! To top off the bathroom there was NO hot water, not even a warm drop! We were tired and dirty from a family reunion and just wanted a warm shower…..nope, ice cold! Blinds were broken, AC wasn’t on, no outlets to charge by the beds. THIS PLACE IS A OVERPRICED SCAM, DONT FALL FOR THE PICS!!!

Very nice little place. Stayed there for the Bike Rally. Clean room, very nicely done. Staff was friendly and we enjoyed our stay.

Nice place to stay in Pinetop. This was our second time staying there. Convenient, clean, comfortable and would definitely stay again. Easy Check in and out.

Nice area and grounds. Clean and as advertised. There was no internet service for two days that we were there. The shower is tiny, if you are a tall or large person - it won't be a relaxing shower.

If u like really firm beds with way too many pillows and fancy folded towels and the smell of lavender your in luck. I would rather have comfortable bed and a microwave that works. Had troubles locking door and tv would stop working. Was real cloe to market and pizza place. Stop with the ultra hippy stuff and get me stuff that works.

- Very cute appearance inside & out: good mattress, nice updated furnishings & textiles, some high end items like Barebones cups & Anthropolgie bath mat; - Looked clean but on closer inspection was quite gross: spittle in sink; sink didn’t drain; hairs on sheets; hairs & spooge on shower walls; dirty washcloth & bath towel folded back up & placed w/ “clean”; provided coffee cups were dirty; shelf unit in bath dirty; bottom of shower curtain liner gross / stained w/ mildew or ??? - Pillows were mismatched and of poor quality. No extra bedding or blanket provided. - On a very busy road that can get noisy - Heater/ AC unit had no automatic setting: just ON our OFF and then either hot or cool. - Had to call to get code to get in room; hadn’t received email & text that I was supposed to get. - To make up for the dirty sink & bed linens I was offered to switch rooms, but we chose just to sleep on top of the top sheet and clean the sink ourselves bc it was late and we were tired and we already had moved in all our stuff. Hotel staff offered no genuine recompense. - SUMMARY: this place was sad because it is so cute and clearly someone spent a chunk of money to make it comfortable and appealing, but then a few critical features are defective or deficient and most importantly the cleaning was so abysmal as to make this potentially adorable motel a place we will never visit again not recommend to anyone else.

I took my wife here for her birthday to go to a local spa. We drove up from Phoenix. She was so thrilled about how cute the property was. Each cabin is separate and it is so cozy. They have little fireplaces and each one that are so nice to have. We absolutely loved it and will stay here anytime we return to Pinetop.

Nice little motel room. On a cold night, we arrived to find the heaters cranking and the room warm, a rarity as we usually arrive to a cold room. Limited shelf space in bathroom for personal items, but great shower and upscale complimentary toiletries and coffee. Bed a little in the firm side.

Had a great experience. Nice little refurbished motel in Pinetop, near a ton of restaurants. A short drive to Sunrise Ski resort. A great place for a quick get away! Oh and don’t forget to visit the “Cyclelogical Coffee” ship down the street!

Great place, especially if you’re bringing your dog. Easy self check in and great area to walk your dog.

Great cottage and so peaceful and quiet! Comfortable and clean. This was our second visit as we enjoy it better than a hotel!

Excellent amenities from coffee to La Poblanos toiletries. Bed and linens were perfect for a cold rainy night.

Adorable Boho decor and a comfy and cozy atmosphere. We will come back soon!

The check in is easy. The room was clean and well set up. The bed was comfortable. The parking was drive up to your door. Sure does make it easy to unload. There were several seating areas outside which made it wonderful to be outside. The retro feel of this place is charming. wonderful visit will come again.

We loved staying in our little airstream for the night, and having our own private patio was definitely a plus. The inside is super cute and quant and the hosts were very friendly. Would definitely stay again!

I loved the corduroy lodge. I stayed in a room which was very comfortable and quiet. It had everything I needed, fridge. Microwave, ample coffee (French press which I love) clean bath and bed quarters for a reasonable price.

I would be remiss if I didn't write a review on this property that I stayed at Memorial Day Weekend. What a refreshing find this property was! Recently acquired, the new owners have done some excellent renovations & continue to do so. I stayed in a cabin and loved everything about it. Great beds with quality bedding, large towels, new shower heads, new sinks. Large lawn area with large hammocks, fire pit/seating, lawn games, grill. Dog friendly. Next door to a German pub & beer garden with live music on the weekend that flows into the property creating a nice vibe. I would absolutely stay here again & highly recommend it if looking for a nice twist on accommodations. Close access to shopping, restaurants, but also to get off the grid in the mountains or on lakes. My new go to place when in Pinetop-Lakeside!
