There were different strands of hairs on the bed so beddings probably weren’t changed
There were no pods for the coffee machine and the kettle wasn’t working so a bad start to the morning as had to be at work at 8am

Disastrous booking and check in procedure.
After you book the apartment then the problem rally begins. You will have to fill in all kind of information including screenshot of ALL the passports of your family.
Then to check in with all this complications the procedure might take you hours.
There is nobody in the receptions and to find your apartment is nearly impossible. I had apartment 11 and to get there I had to take a lift to the cellar, then enter the car park, then exit via some slope and then go up spiral chairs. I am astonished that the good employee of the company was able to guide me into my apartment.
The positive thing is that their phone help is good, the operators try all they can and are very helpful but somehow the management and the procedure is way too complicated. The one who is designing the procedure of checking in seems not to know what "user friendly" means.
In addition to all my problems above electricity went out in my apartment and the day we left there was no hot water.
Get another management is my advice.

After a night in a horrible hotel, this flat was amazing. It was exceptionally clean, beds were great, and kitchen had everything you could need. We walked over to a restaurant for dinner that was recommended in the listing’s app and then to a grocery store. There was a washer/dryer in the unit so we were able to catch up on some laundry. We would love to stay here again if the occasion presents itself.

The property is modern and more spacious than your typical hotel room. However, having spoken to the property representatives regarding the windows being unlocked and opening on its own upon entry, making the apartment cold (especially during the Winter) and been promised to send someone to check out the window/drop off but no-one visiting to resolve the issue.

A great place to stay. About 1 hour from central London. The accommodation was clean and we had all we needed to enjoy our stay.
However on both nights we were subject to unacceptable noise from incoming residents between 3am-6am.

We needed somewhere at short notice for our adult family and dog as our other accommodation had let us down. The booking process was a bit of a pain with documents being sent but actually it all worked smoothly, the self check in was great with a keyless access code system. The rooms were fabulous with high end appliances and spotless with loads of space. The inclusion of parking was a massive bonus. It’s about 15 mins into Heathrow by car, 1 mile from a tube and 35 mins drive into central london. 30 min drive to Wembley stadium- all of which we needed.
My only criticism is the outside spaces seem rather uncared for, dead birds, cigarette buts etc and with a little work they could be a real asset. Wouldn’t hesitate to recommend.

The accommodation itself was lovely, it had everything needed & was very clean.
I did need to chase for check in details, which was frustrating, but all resolved with the guest services team.
Upon arrival it was unclear how to get into the right door from the car park and had to ask someone who was in the car park. The welcome information emailed suggested manuals for how to use appliances, but they were not on the website so working out how to use the TV was troublesome. The wifi & password was not the one on the website & I had to locate the hub to sort this out. Lastly the terrace was in dire need of weeding.
Having said all of the above, the accommodation really is excellent and would be 100% if the communication niggles were resolved.

The craziest check-in and check-out procedure I’ve ever seen. Will never use for guests visiting me personally of for my business again. Embarrasses the UK with the hoops to jump through. Frustrating.

The staff were helpful especially Leeban, who went above and beyond to assist.. The location of the property was ideal to get around by bus or train. The lobby area smelled awful! I am not sure if this was contributed to them accommodating pets and not having proper ventilation. There is no air-condition. There was no reception area to ask questions or for assistance. It was "catch me when you can" because no one was stationed on property. The rooms were not cleaned everyday as advertised. While we were there they ran out if towels to bath with.

The apartment itself was lovely, very clean and modern although the outside area could do with a clean and it was really hot in the apartment.
What we didn’t expect was another couple entering our apartment whilst we were in it with a different lock code!!! I have contacted the property customer services and was advised someone would call me back yesterday to discuss but this has not happened. I’m afraid a complaint is now in process

Spoke to the people on the phone to get my pin for the key fob for the room as they didn’t send me the email with it , very confusing I had to get it over the phone , when in the room only 1 large towel for 2 people no air con they said there was a fan and there wasn’t then they sent one but it was broken no actual fan in it , room was lovely but things could of been better , the people on the phone were good though to help .

A nice walk to Twickenham Stadium...but takes an hour! You can of course take bus, train or taxi

Good location for work. Bed comfy. Close to Tesco's for provisions. Had apartment 18 on 2nd floor - next to Great West Road and did hear road noise. Lack of food options in vicinity.

Arjun the concierge was super friendly and really helpful even though there were a lot of crossed wires from head office.
Unfortunately when we got back in the early hours and our access code didn't work the night time femal concierge was humourless and rather rude. That was the only down point.
Overall a great experience and will definitely use the apartments in the future.

The accommodation itself is excellent and, if I hadn't stayed there in the midst of a record-breaking heatwave, would probably have left me with a different impression.
Unfortunately, this was a record-breaking heatwave, and so trying to sleep in a room temperature of over 28 degrees was seriously unpleasant. There's no functioning air-con, and the window opens a scant inch or so. That's not enough to cool the room, but plenty to admit the noise of the trucks and 200db motorcycles that seem to make up the overnight traffic on the Great West Road.
The check-in procedure is ludicrous - I had to scan my passport and debit card (I'm British, staying in British accommodation), and part with a £150 deposit.
I ordered parking at £15 a night, but received no access code to get through the entrance barrier - as I discovered at 1:00 am on the night of my arrival. not only did this prevent me from parking on-site, but meant that I couldn't use the electric vehicle charging points - my principal reason for ordering parking in the first place. On checking my bank account, I see I haven't been charged for parking, but this is hardly the point.
This is a modern, pleasant and well-maintained apartment block. But it's sadly let down by poor climate control and badly conceived booking arrangements.
